Staff helpful and friendly. Bedroom clean and bright. Small but fine for a nights stay.

Large, bright dining room but we were seated in a small enclosed area at the side of the room with 6 other people. Would not have enjoyed this if we had been staying longer as no view other than a wall!

Very good location, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was OK but to early and only for one hour Room was small but had a sea view from the side of the bay window. Decor was dated and of poor quality. (Amateurish and lack of attention to details) it did spoil our stay though

Easy walking distance to beach pier and town centre

There were not very clear instructions about breakfast, we arrived at dining room just before 9, staff were very busy so we just sat at a table for 2. Then we were told we sat in the wrong place, a member of staff went to check at reception where we should sit came back but didn’t tell us. We then got asked again and another member of staff did the same. Finally a lovely member of staff said we could stay there as someone else was at our table. The delay with this meant we were the last ones in the dining room, we felt rather rushed and awkward as staff were vacuuming, clearing up and re laying tables around us. Clearer instructions would be better. But the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was warm by the time I got it and so was the toast. The toast came first before the breakfast.

The waitress in the restaurant was harsh in her manor. Only taking part order at a time. Drink then starter then toast then breakfast.
