The location was awesome, right on the waterfront, walk to everything in minutes. We did not know the air show was on (booked months ago from Australia) but this was a perfect place to stay to see it
It has been very hot and there is no aircon at all. A small fan supplied which did not help much. I would look elsewhere in a heatwave. The staff were ok but not so helpful. The car park was full and when I asked for parking recommendations, they sold me a £2.50 parking voucher and said “just find somewhere on the street”. A little dismissive.

The staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful !! They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable!! We definitely will be staying there again!!! The view from our balcony was incredible!! The location is perfect!!! Lots of restaurants and bars around, 10 min slow walk to the shopping center,
The only reason why we gave 9/10 and not 10/10 was the luck of air con. The rooms had the fans but on a hot day it’s still too hot.

Spacious twin room for two - 228. Car park. Good en-suite. Nice breakfast. Good friendly staff on reception, except one who couldn’t smile - others very good.
Friendly people staying too.
Loud air conditioning unit outside. Stained carpets in stairwell.

Some of the reception staff were not friendly. The bedrooms were exceptionally HOT. Needs air conditioning and updating. Beds uncomfortable and bathroom not very clean
