    My daughter and her partner stayed loved it apart from a few minor problems with hygiene with the place they had great few from balcony and said they would stay here again

    The hotel was one of the best in Eastbourne, its had no money spent on it in decades. The beds are paperthin , all the carpets across the whole hotel are full of big stains which have been there for years. The outside is falling apart and the whole hotel has been ignored, such a shame it was so nice in the past.

    Decent value. Room was clean as too was the bathroom/toilet. Didn't have a fridge in the room this time(?) which would have been nice as it was a tad warm! Location is across from the beach and a short walk from the train station. Staff are always attentive and accommodating. Back soonish!
