    Excellent hotel the guy on the reception is amazing no milk in our room for tea and coffee but that's our only issue very clean and tidy

    Agoda and Owners are miss representing this property, which is actually called the Pearl & Pebbles, not SO Hotel and the pictures are also misrepresented and that they don’t serve food and drinks! Basically the place is disgustingly filthy downstairs and on entrance! The place is under resteration but as a duty of care by Agoda, this should be mentioned! I will say the staff did move my room, which had two broken windows! Disaster and will be seeking reimbursement from Agoda!
