We stayed for 2 nights and really liked the hotel and the room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

So had to travel to Eastbourne for a very special reason and we stayed at the Chatsworth, very accommodating staff and really good value for money, despite the lift not working that didnt detract from the wonderful stay I had there with my partner. Would definitely revisit this hotel but possibly upgrade to a room with a bath tub. Room service was excellent and not only that the staff had such a journey to reach us on the four floor and never once did I see or hear the staff being upset at having to travel all them stairs with trays of food, outstanding 👏 well done staff

Sadly the floors were filthy everywhere, as was the headboard in our upgraded seaview room. Tomatoes ground into the carpets plus lots of general dirt and staining. Everything else was great so it’s a real disappointment.
