Beautiful decor in the shared areas. Stuff is very helpful and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast. Superb location. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Kettle and tea and coffee are available.Good value for money.
Bedrooms and bathrooms need some updating, but we were very happy about the price we paid. Plus, we've had a great time.

Loveliest property, so colourful and artsy. The room we were in was in the basement which has been done up very. This was my second visit to this property.
Only complaint was that the room was slightly dark, probably one of the lights wasn’t working

Superb location, easy parking and can easily walk to go shopping, to the beach and for all entertainment and restaurants. Lovely hotel which is friendly and welcoming, Room was first class with plenty of storage and extra comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Staff and hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and local facilities. CK the resident dog is gorgeous and very friendly. We are returning clients and have already booked our 3rd stay for next year as we are always so impressed. 5 star recommendation.

Location and the breakfast was good
Needs totally updating, bathrooms were poor and need a complete refurb, the shower was useless, nothing but a trickle, carpets in the room were dirty , and had so many paints marks on them it was ridiculous
