Nice clean towels and sheets. Shower was good. Plenty space. Bed was comfortable Very close to the beach and restaurants
Very old style furniture. Flooring and carpet tattie. Very noisy area street and front door was always being slammed late at night.

Excellent budget accommodation, close to seafront and Eastbourne Tennis. Everything clean, comfy bed and use of a fridge. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The TV wasn’t working and the fridge wasn’t plugged in. But the rest was great
