Nice clean towels and sheets. Shower was good. Plenty space. Bed was comfortable
Very close to the beach and restaurants
Very old style furniture. Flooring and carpet tattie. Very noisy area street and front door was always being slammed late at night.

Excellent budget accommodation, close to seafront and Eastbourne Tennis. Everything clean, comfy bed and use of a fridge.

Wonderful value for money. Location superb.
Large sunny room. Bed very comfortable.
Wonderfully clean crisp white bedding and towels\. Shower room/ loo very clean
Large selection of reading books for us to use in entrance room.
The curtains did not cover the whole of the windows but side sea view compensated for that.
No bedside light
Television not working (not a worry for me but others might prefer to watch it)
Tea etc not replenished daily or left downstairs for us to use as in some other hotels. But we can do without that.
But these are minor details. Room was remarkably good value for someone who just wanted to sleep and shower as I did.
