Although the room was a bit dated, and needed decorating it was clean and very comfy.
The facilities in the room were very good, the shower was adequate and overall good value for money.
The staff greeted me in a friendly and professional manner, was very helpful and explained everything very well,
Great location with plenty of (very cheap) on-street parking in the immediate vicinity
The windows were hard to open and needed a bit of TLC, but not too much of a problem.

Ideal location for LTA Tennis and other arts/theatre and music events as it is only a few minutes walk from the venues and cafes around the corner.
Initially problems with shower being cold or scorching but was improved by staff member, though was worried that the shower tray would flood he bathroom and water run off was very slow.
