Hotel position is great, 2 mins to seafront. Parking permits are good at £3.50 per day. Breakfast was good, but a menu would have been better to show possible choices. Staff very polite. Room was very hot could only open 1 out of 3 windows, had two fans in room, only one worked, not helpful when asked about replacement, led to a very hot uncomfortable night. Reasonable price including breakfast.
