Nicola was a fantastic host. Warm, caring, and always quick to respond to anything we needed. He took the time to sit down with us and explain everything worth seeing and doing in Matera, which made our visit so much better. A really lovely person, and we felt genuinely looked after. Highly recommended!

The B&B is very authentic with many original features. Ideally located within the Sassi. Very clean and good value for money. Everything you needed. The breakfast was excellent and the host is exceptional. Multi lingual, very knowledgeable and helpful, provided us with restaurants, a map, walks, local must-see attractions in the area.
There is nothing not to like.

This is fabulous little B&B in the 'sassi' old town of Matera. The room we had was a self contained property, finished to a very high standard indeed. The host, Nico, couldn't seem to do enough, and was excellent with everything from the local style breakfasts through to helping with local recommendations.
