Location. The family room was very spacious. The view was amazing. Milena was very responsive on WhatsApp with any queries and the cleaning lady was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe

Breakfast- it's a pastry, coffee and fruit juice so if you're used to a big breakfast, this may be disappointing

Superb location in the middle of Matera, you can easily walk wherever you want in just a few minutes. Comfortable cave room with good air conditioning. Easy communication with the owner, she quickly solved a baby crib for us, and breakfast when the tickets was missing in the room.

Since you sleep up to 6 people in the same room we missed some kind of divider between the inner part and outer part of the room so the kids can go to bed before the parents. Some more storage space for clothes or suitcase would have been good. One more set of keys would have been good for the big room so that one can go out at the same time as someone stays in the room.

Everything! This was the best accommodation we’ve ever been! Clean, spacious room, enough space for storage, hooks in the bathroom, easy check in/out, excellent communication with the host. Milena gave us clear instructions, and useful info for experiencing matera. The views to the sassi and the cathedral are breathtaking and you get all that with just few steps! Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Breakfast is served in a bar 30m from the accommodation, fresh and tasty croissants and excellent coffee. We are definitely going back! 100/10!!

The best thing about our stay was definitely the beautiful view from the balcony.

There was a very strong and unusual smell, which was particularly difficult for me as I have allergies. I generally did not feel comfortable during my stay because of it. The breakfast was also disappointing. We were given a voucher for a nearby café, where the included breakfast consisted only of a coffee and a croissant. We had to order additional food just to have a proper breakfast, and unfortunately, the quality of the extra food was not very good either. Considering that breakfast was advertised as «included», I did not feel that it was really a satisfying included breakfast.
