Terrible Wi-Fi; and it is you who has to put the bed sheet on and clean the room next day.

Location.. in the middle of forest, it was great.

The service were not available. Too many conditions to even keep a track of. Trash had to be thrown by ourselves even though there was staff. Checkin option was not available earlier. If there is a facility for late checkin, why not implement it for early check-in as well.

Sheets were "provided" for you to place on the beds yourself. You have to take out your own garbage at the end of your stay, and cleaning, towel swaps are available for a fee. Breakfast was fine. Room was large but otherwise unimpressive. Front door does not stay closed without deadbolt. This was not a hotel, rather a motel. That being said, at a motel, they change your sheets and take out the trash. Still 20 minutes away from Mont Saint-Michel

Breakfast was great, staff was lovely. Everything was really clean.

We booked this place because it was close to Mont St Michel and it had a pool. Only to realise after booking it the pool was only opened until 1900… checkin time was from 1700-1900.. so everyone is there at once to check in and it takes forever.. inconvenient because that is dinner time, so you have to plan the whole day around checking in, then drive 15 minutes minimum to find something to eat. This made the pool unusable. They told us it was due to COVID rules and timing between guests. So there is nothing really they can do. Room was a pleasant surprise. Large and clean, but then another shock.. we had to make our own beds. This was inconvenient because we checked in and immediately left to go get dinner without looking at room. Got back very late to hotel and enter room, only to realise we had to make beds! Not how I like to vacation. Bonus: seeing that the mattress and pillows were very clean. Then check out is pretty early considering the late checkin time. We had to be out by 1000! So we left feeling tired and unable to use pool. No breakfast and we couldn’t find anywhere close that was opened with breakfast either.. staff didn’t speak English so we had no help. But for the money, it was a good value. We needed a family room and they had it. The place was very clean. It is out in the middle of no where so it is peaceful and relaxing. The drive to Mont at michel from hotel was close and nice. If we came back I would bring my own breakfast (we have kids so it is critical they eat in the morning) and also my own wine (no where close to buy a bottle, place is very rural).

The hours. Making our own beds. The lack of breakfast. The lack of assistance finding breakfast.

The room was clean and had good air conditioning, and free parking was readily available.

No kettle nor fridge in the room. I would have expected at least one of these for a 3 star hotel room. Felt more like a roadside motel room. Poor cell phone reception in the room.

-You should check what is not included. There were no dishwasher detergents, which is necessary for stay. Also, there was no hair dryer. I usually do not carry my hair dryer when I travel. -There were something like little bugs under a pillow... It seemed like not that clean. -Cars just in front of the balcony. It prevented to enjoy the view.

Free parking.

A very unwelcoming host with a superior attitude. I was rudely asked to wait outside in the cold because of the social distancing politics. The AC was making a lot of noise and the floor was really cold. I did not like the concept of walking outside in the cold in order to reach the room. Not so many pieces of furniture. Only a sad chair.

Happy accident find on the drive back to the UK from Spain Really happy with the location and the facilities. Lady on reception was really friendly and welcoming. Nice small pool to wind down from travel Breakfast was good for the price Lift was a nice surprise...wasn't expected. Free WiFi throughout was a really nice touch to

Slightly bigger shower would have been nice. Not a deal breaker Check in times were a little late and not flexible

La piscine, le sauna, la chambre, les pancakes au petit déjeuner.

Le buffet continental, manque de variété de charcuteries (il n'y avait que du jambon blanc), pas assez de différents fromages, des saucisses etc...

Résidence qui présente bien de l'extérieur. Parking facile d'accès. Zone tranquille. À 10 min en voiture du Mont Saint-Michel. Piscine chauffée dans l'établissement.

À fuir ! Fausse bonne occasion. À notre arrivée on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de draps ni de serviettes que c'est en plus de la location ! Grosse blague ! 16€ le drap / lit, 12€ la serviette / personne. Donc forcément super énervé dès l'arrivée. En entrant dans le logement, lit sale plein de cheveux et poils. Poussière partout, meubles abîmés, canapé lit inconfortable et défectueux. Cafards présents. Le ménage n'est pas réalisé par les personnes de l'établissement mais bien les clients sinon on repasse à la caisse. D'ailleurs pour la moindre petite chose on passe à caisse. Ambiance morbide, interdiction de tout ! On saurait cru dans un EPHAD et encore en EPHAD il y a de la joie de vivre. Quand tu pose une question à l'accueil tu as l'impression de déranger et tu as même peur qu'on te facture la question ! À la piscine pareil les enfants n'ont pas le droit de "s'éclater" sous peine d'être expulsé. Dans l'annonce déjeuner offert, rien est offert sauf pour enfant de moins de trois ans. Honnêtement je pensais faire une bonne affaire c'était tout le contraire et le prix est même bien trop cher pour les services minimes ! Nos voisins idem super déçus cafards également dans leur logement. Donc pour finir si tu penses passer des vacances de rêve dans cette résidence tu te trompe. Cet établissement est seulement idéal pour y dormir et encore car au réveil tu es plié en deux ! Si toi aussi tu t'es fait avoir alors bon courage 😉

La proximité de mon lieu de mission bénévole. Accès simple appartement très grand (PMR) . Vu sur les chevaux à l’arrière de la résidence. Réactivité et sympathie des collaborateurs rencontrés.

Les horaires de la réception un peu juste quand on part tôt et on rentre tard.

Cogimos un apartamento con cocina. Tienen casi de todos los utensilios de cocina. Y también admiten mascotas. Bastante cerca de el mount st. Michel. Tiene piscina cubierta y aparcamiento. Y aquí sí que nos pudimos entender en inglés con la Joven de recepción.

Le calme

Devoir faire son lit en formule confort pour un 3 étoiles. La piscine "froide",ferme à 19h. Le départ entre 8h et 10h.

eerst hadden we een appartement waar het water uit de badkamer stroomde. maar midddin de nacht kregen we een andere kamer! Top geregeld!

Logement confortable et bon petit déjeuner, assez proche Mont-Saint-Michel en voiture.

Le soir d’arrivée … l’enveloppe contenant la clé de notre chambre a été récupérée par un autre client dont l’enveloppe n’avait certainement pas été préparée, cependant le personnel a été assez réactif et s’est déplacé pour régler le problème au plus vite… du coup le petit-déjeuner du premier jour nous a été offert…
