The location was perfect for the Imola race circuit

The restaurant was closed but no indication when booked. Advised to use local restaurant that was fully booked and had no room. So without a car returned to the hotel and enjoyed a beer and a packet of crisps while the barman found a small bit of cold pizza. He was terrific.

Il soggiorno andava bene ma sembrava che l'albergo funzionasse a 70%.

Il parcheggio era ampio e facilmente accessibile. Camera e bagno grandi e puliti.

L'orario per la colazione era dal 7:30 alle 9:30, ma arrivata alle 8:40 la cameriera stava gia smontando tutto e dovevo andare alla ricerca del pane su un carello in cucina. C'era un bel bar nell'albergo ma era sempre chiuso - perche? Forse c'erano pochi ospiti ma aspettavo i servizi pubblicati alla prenotazione.

Personale molto cordiale, la mia camera matrimoniale era grande, armadio con cassaforte e frigorifero piccolo, due bottigliette di acqua, due poltrone con bollitore e varie tisane, tv e scrivania. In bagno asciugamani, carta igienica, sapone mani e shampoo doccia! Per la mia piccola ho richiesto la culla gratuitamente. Camera molto calda perfetta per la stagione invernale. Colazione a buffet molto ampia, dal dolce al salato e probabilmente anche gluten free perché c’erano cibi confezionati, caffè frutta e succhi a volontà, uova strapazzate, uova sode, bacon, yogurt, pane, prosciutto, formaggi, caffè…e molto altro. Ho soggiornato qui insieme alla mia famiglia (in totale 3 camere) per andare all’autodromo! Consiglio perché è vicino, si può andare a piedi in pochi minuti o in macchina, dipende da quale ingresso si ha necessità di entrare.

Ambiente accogliente e aree comuni pulite, ricca colazione

Igienicamente parlando trovo molto di cattivo gusto una coperta di lana nel letto che Senza dubbio non viene lavata al cambio di ogni ospite e viene coperta con un copriletto che subirà lo stesso trattamento. Troverei più igienico il sacco che isola quello che viene usato sicuramente da più ospiti come una coperta. Inoltre lo staff professionale ma di una freddezza estrema, abbiamo avuto un piccolo incidente e invece che venire in aiuto , si sono limitati a guardare per chiedere poi se "potevano chiudere le porte" che stavamo tenendo aperte ma per forza maggiore dell' incidente avvenuto. Umanità zero.
