Wont stay again.
Close to motorway, clean and friendly front staff
Heating was on and you couldn’t turn it off. Underfloor heating plus old cast iron radiator on full. Had to sleep with window open. Bathroom was like a sauna, breakfast was poor. When we sat down the staff checked how much hot food was left. Bacon none and very little egg. Nothing was topped up.

I enjoyed the choice of swimming pools and the spotlessly clean surroundings.
The hotel was in a good location and easy to find. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Great WiFi and air conditioning. The hotel has 3 swimming pools which cater for everyone. There are ample sun loungers which means you will never be disappointed - no matter what time of day you arrive at the pools.
My room didn’t have a safe and a mirror above the desk would’ve been great for when you wish to do your make-up. The hairdryer also had tape stuck on it. The breakfast was mediocre considering it’s a four star hotel. The staff were slow to replenish the food items and often needed reminding.

Excellent stay on the way to Lake Como!
The breakfast was very simple, but exactly what we needed. This hotel is more like a place that you stop along the way. The dinner at the hotel was excellent. 10+
There was supposed to be a tennis court, but we couldn't find it. Though they did not have any equipment to use.

Great hotel in fantastic location
This was my second visit to this Hotel. It is great location for my work in the area. I havent eaten in the restaurant as i took a walk out but what food i did see looked fantastic. The staff were very helpful, and my room was great. Plenty of parking on site.
