Terrible. Bait and switch.

When I met the host, the apartment I booked was not available. He walked me down the street a few blocks to a different apartment. It was nothing like the one in the pictures and not nearly as nice. It was tiny with bad amenities. In the morning there was banging in the hallway and people were even banging on my door.

Pleasant stay just for sleep in between our trip to Bologna and Venice. Valued for price of 2 nights.

Center of Imola and easy going anywhere, easy parking very close to the house and all near walking distance. Morning breakfast just 100m from the room in a cafe. Gentle Italian guy was the host and helped us with no a lot of words. Ayrton Senna monument was the reason of staying in Imola cause otherwise no other reason or just the nature and the classic Italian village style of leaving 👍

Very noisy neighbors, we didn’t expect that in August and super noisy pedestrians yelling until late midnight right outside of our room for no reason (!!). The host didn’t speak English at all not even anyone in Imola (!!) hard to communicate. No WiFi and no good AC at the room.

Great Location.

Amazing location! This was central to venues, restaurants, and the train station. Highly walkable and very trendy area.

I didn't realize that all of us would be in one room with 3 beds. The beds were also very hard. The price was also insane.

La stanza non era confortevole, gli arredi molto datati e per accedere bisognava salire delle scale dove c erano dei cattivi odori... inoltre la stanza prenotata dalle foto sembrava completamente diversa..

La posizione strategica in una delle vie del centro di Imola.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati non c’erano le stanze che avevamo prenotato e abbiamo dovuto condividere una camera in 5 con un solo bagno.

Sin duda la ubicación, en pleno centro y muy cerca del autodromo, se puede llegar perfectamente a pie

Me gustó todo en general, un poco confusa la llegada puesto que no estaba en ese momento la persona encargada del alojamiento, al rato llego y todo muy bien!!

Arrivato li per due notti la camera per la prima notte non era disponibile ( mi hanno detto overbooking!) …! Mi e’ toccato dormire in altra struttura reperita da loro e il giorno successo i rifare tutte le valigie per prendere la stanza della loro struttura ! Incredibile!!

non giudicabile in quanto non siamo mai entrati in struttura per inagibilità

il giorno della pronotazione l' host mi ha telefonato per dirmi che la caldaia era rotta e che ci avrebe dirottato da un altra parte che sarebbe stata anche migliore; siamo così passati da una struttura in centro di 45 metri e due letti ad una di circa 20 con un solo letto matrimoniale in periferia; siamo quindi andati a dormire in un terzo albergo con letti singoli. Della successiva richiesta di rimborso non ho ancora avuto nè risposta nè i soldi
