Walking Distance From the Imola Train Station

The place is a very clean and superbly renovated 500 year old dwelling. The innkeeper Giulio was actually born there as it was his grandmother's place long ago. He lives with his family in another apartment. Breakfast is locally sourced eggs, yogurt, fruit and a tasty linzer tort with sumptuous jams. Our conversation was delightful. Our 2 night stay was wonderful and we give it our highest recommendation.

A few more espresso cups and bottled waters.

It was a perfect room and location for us to visit Dozza.

It was the complete package. Everything was done well and with detail. From the breakfast (delicious), nice bed linen, big towels and nice toiletries with a spacious shower, location perfect for us, helpful and organised a taxi to go to Dozza. Also gelateria on the corner of the road - icing on the cake!

Lovely accommodation in perfect location.

Great location, fabulous host, charming accommodation. Spacious room with ensuite with tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge. Lots of room for clothes and comfortable bed. Huge breakfast offering and great coffee. Will definitely return.

Not a problem for us but need to check as some apartments have stairs with no lift. would have preferred to hold room key throughout the day.

A hidden gem in Imola

Excellent place which was walking distance from the city center. Located in a safe area and parking was closeby. Very friendly host that prepared an excellent breakfast. Would go back next time for sure.

Absolutely stunning B&B in period property, gorgeous interior and extremely comfortable + large cosy bed. Owner was fantastic, extremely smooth self check in as we booked last min and were greeted in the morning with a 10/10 home-cooked breakfast. Could not recommend this property and Imola and more, super relaxing and welcoming.

Superb

Modern, clean and spacious. The owner was really nice and welcoming. Made us a great breakfast and gave recommendations for the restaurants. We got to park our car in a private garage. Comfy bed. Would definitely recommend!

A luxurious and quiet stay in a modern apartment a nice walk from the stazione and all the joys of the Centro Storico.

The BB is a luxurious apartment, with a large fridge, set off a cortile that offers complete quiet. it is beautifully designed and utterly comfortable, with table and chairs to sit on the patio. Guilio is most engaging and helpfu. He provided freshly squeezed arancia rossa, yogurt, muesli, and soft biscotti for breakfast.

Wonderful rest up in Imola

Very comfortable, refurbished apartments, with spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast serviced by the host. The host was really accomodating and great with communication.

It felt unnecessary to have to book two rooms for our family of 2+2. It would have been good to have a child option within our room

Excellent!

Beautifully renovated house offers everything you want. The whole room and bathroom (which by the way offers shower and bathtub) were extremely spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and sheets smelled very nice. Giulio was very friendly and helpful, he prepared an extremely good breakfast with fresh orange juice and great coffee. We also had a free parking spot in garage. Self check in system is very easy.

Suberb stay in Imola

One of th best accommodations we've ever been to. It is spacious, sparklingly clean, centrally located and very comfortable. We really liked the kitchenette hidden inside a large closet. The house is beautifully renovated. The check-in went really smoothly, everything was automated. Imola is a friendly and relaxed town. Giulio is a perfect host. We got excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

Perfect location! Large and comfortable apartments, modern and clean, very quiet, easy to access and to park nearby! We didn't even use the private parking. The owner of the house is very cool and friendly, and the breakfast is excellent! Definitely an address to keep!

Perfetto per una "toccata e fuga" a Imola

Posizione eccellente. Il proprietario è venuto per accoglierci il primo giorno, ci ha fatto vedere come funziona il tutto, molto utile e disponibile. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione (per colpa nostra, avevamo un'altro impegno) ma la prossima volta lo faremo senz'altro. Caldo e accogliente, ben arredato, si trova tutto.

Grande confort e dettagli curati a ridosso del centro di Imola.

La posizione è molto comoda per girare il centro il Imola a piedi, ed anche vicino alla stazione. La camera è meravigliosa, frutto di una ristrutturazione fatta con grandissimo gusto. Lampade Artemide, cuscini e asciugamani Frette, travi a vista... ogni dettaglio è curato e di livello superiore alla generalità dei 4 stelle che generalmente frequentiamo. Grande cortesia anche del padrone di casa, con il quale abbiamo chiacchierato amabilmente. Un soggiorno veramente confortevole!

Heerlijke tussenstop, voorzien van alle gemakken

Een prachtig verbouwd oud pand, vlakbij het oude centrum van Imola. Moderne faciliteiten en toch charmant. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, airco, keukentje met koffie/thee, koelkast en magnetron. Aardige beheerder, goed contact via whatsapp. We kregen ook een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt in het huis van de eigenaar. Er is ook een garagebox aanwezig voor je auto, je zit tegen het centrum aan. Veel restaurantjes in de omgeving.

Nicht wieder!

Unfreundliches Personal. Obwohl Frühstück inbegriffen sein sollte wurde mir bei Ankunft mitgeteilt „er müsse weg“ und ich finde für die 3 Tage was in Kühlbox (siehe Foto). Unakzeptabel und auch unklar was „Frühstück“ und was zu bezahlende Snacks. Keinerlei konstruktive Vorschläge wie z.B. könne gerne in naheliegende Bar gehen und mir z.B. eine Brioche zum Frühstück kaufen - was ich auch gemacht habe. Habe Vermieter (auch ohne Frühstück zu erhalten) trotzdem vollen Preis bezahlt. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Im Gegenteil-dafür hatte er Zeit-sofortige und mehrmalige Zahlungsaufforderung, obwohl ich den Betrag bereits überwiesen hatte. Deshalb wenn jemand Frühstück möchte, UNBEDINGT VERMEIDEN!

Tutto! Posizione strategica in pieno centro ma in una via tranquilla con posto auto privato e gratuito sotto casa! Appartamentino pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio, dotato anche di microonde, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè con cialde in omaggio. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, doccia enorme, condizionatore nella stanza principale in modo che l'aria si rinfreschi senza arrivare troppo diretta. Colazione superlativa dolce e salata. Proprietario simpatico e gentilissimo!
