Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole, con ottimi standard di pulizia e funzionalità.

La struttura ricettiva, di recente realizzazione, si distingue per l’ottima organizzazione degli spazi e la cura nei dettagli costruttivi. Gli ambienti risultano estremamente ordinati, ben progettati e dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Particolarmente degna di nota è la pulizia impeccabile, sia negli spazi comuni che all’interno dei mini appartamenti, che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera di benessere e accoglienza. Una soluzione moderna e ben pensata, capace di soddisfare appieno le esigenze degli ospiti.

Pur trovandosi in prossimità delle principali arterie viarie, la struttura è collocata all’interno di un’area industriale che, dal punto di vista paesaggistico, risulta poco gradevole e non particolarmente accogliente per chi vi soggiorna. L’impatto visivo esterno potrebbe essere migliorato con interventi mirati: ad esempio, piantando alberi nella zona parcheggio e creando aree verdi che attenuino l’aspetto funzionale e spoglio del contesto. Lo stesso vale per le zone visibili dalle finestre degli appartamenti interni, dove attualmente sono esposte tubazioni e impianti tecnici. Anche qui, un allestimento con piante o schermature leggere contribuirebbe a rendere l’ambiente più armonioso e meno “capannone industriale”. In ogni caso, si tratta di aspetti facilmente migliorabili, che non compromettono la qualità complessiva della struttura ma che, se affrontati, potrebbero valorizzarla ulteriormente.

Comfort e comodità

Non posso che essere soddisfatta di questa struttura, ci siamo trovati benissimo: tutto pulito, nuovo e curato. L’atmosfera è molto accogliente, l’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina attrezzata per poter cucinare e mangiare, e una nota di merito per aver potuto portare anche il nostro piccolino a quattro zampe, grazie davvero! La posizione è molto tranquilla con ampio parcheggio libero proprio davanti alla struttura, e vicinissimo un Bar che fa colazioni stupende!

Tutto perfetto, aggiungerei solo il microonde se dovessi proprio guardare il pelo nell’uovo, ma comunque non è una necessità primaria e non toglie nulla al valore di questa struttura!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger und gut erreichbarer Lage.

Sehr modern mit allem, was man braucht. Betten sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Keine Rezeption vor Ort, aber Personal schnell erreichbar und Probleme mit dem Check-in wurden schnell gelöst.

Eher eine Kleinigkeit, da meine Badtür nicht schließte (Schloss defekt) und WC zur Wand sehr eng.

Leider hatte das WC einen defekt. Nicht sauber abgedichtet. Das Problem liess sich mit zusätzlichen Tüchern lösen. Leider hat die Reception nicht erkannt und insistiert, dass es nicht einfach lösbar ist und damit meine Geduld unnötig strapaziert. Ein anderes Zimmer im leeren Apt. Haus wäre auch eine valable Lösung gewesen. Uns aber unnötig Zeit rauben fand ich unanständig.

Piccolo gioiello moderno

L'appartamento è nuovissimo. Ha delle belle rifiniture moderne, è piccolo ma funzionale e ci abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in tre; è pulitissimo e in ordine, con tutte le stoviglie per la cucina e il necessario per un piccolo soggiorno. Sono presenti un bollitore per l'acqua con una selezione di tè e una macchinetta del caffè con qualche capsula. Comodissimo anche l'ingresso con codice invece che con chiave. Insomma, ottima esperienza. Un saluto alla signora Manuela!

Milé překvapení

Nadstandardně vybavený apartmán se dvěmi ložnicemi, přičemž každá měla svou koupelnu s WC. Kuchyň byla také skvěle vybavená. Každý pokoj včetně kuchyně měl vlastní chytnou TV. V každém pokoji byla klimatizace. Check-in je self formou zaslaného přístupového kódu. Takže ač booking uvádí do 23:30, není podle mě, problém ani později. Je ale potřeba vyplnit on-line check-in, před příjezdem, aby vám byl přístupový kód zaslán.

Chybí moskytiéry v oknech. Umístěné v industriální zóně, což nám nevadilo, jelikož byla neděle. Nevím, jestli by tam v pracovním týdnu nebylo hlučno. Navíc je apartmán blízko hlavní cesty, auta jsou slyšet.

Appartamento magnifico e super accessoriato

L’appartamento è super accogliente e ben ripartito rispetto agli spazi. Davvero moderna, carina ed elegante. Siamo stati benissimo e la stra consigliamo. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Peccato averne usufruito solo per una notte.
