Awesome stay in a fabulous apartment in the heart of Imola. Would not hesitate to visit again.

Location was excellent.

Could have done with another mirror in each bedroom, an iron would have been great.

Sporchissimo

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata pessima. La camera era sporchissima, sembrava non fosse stata pulita prima del nostro arrivo. Abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque, macchie evidenti e una generale sensazione di scarsa igiene. Non lo consiglierei e sicuramente non tornerò.

Piccoli accorgimenti per rendere la struttura più funzionante!

Posizione, struttura, spazio, l'idea eccellente

Non troppo pulito, poche stoviglie (almeno 2 bicchieri-2 tazze) Un tegame in pú ( se metti angolo cottura, che possa cucinare) c'è richiesta di 30€ se non avessimo lavato i piatti, peccato che nulla è utilizzabile per due persone, difatti non ci sono nemmeno tovagliette ne stoffa, basterebbe stotex una e getta Ho pagato un sovrapprezzo per dormire un po' di più, peccato che il vicino alle 10 a cominciato a usare il martello. Regola universale la domenica, se si ha una parete confinante non si fanno lavori!!!!

Molto deludente visto il prezzo

Molto sporco. Bagno sporchissimo con capelli nel lavandino e un cerotto usato nella doccia. Posate sporche. Odore persistente di fumo nell’appartamento. Poi c’era solo una trapunta leggera ed un leggerissimo plaid, molto freddo. In inverno andrebbe messo un piumone.

Eine nette Wohnung in einem schönen Altbau. Kein direkter Kontakt mit dem Personal; alles wurde erfolgreich digital erledigt. Die Lage war schön.

Struttura bellissima,accogliente e molto elegante , appartamento luminoso ,spazioso ,pulito e confortevole sotto ogni aspetto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene,ed anzi ,dopo un problema all'impianto di climatizzazione dell'appartamento a noi assegnato ,nn potendolo ripristinare immediatamente,dopo meno di un'ora,ci hanno sistemato in un altro appartamento, praticamente identico ,ma questa volta ,con tutto funzionante alla perfezione . Quindi problema risolto ,week end iniziato e...siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti . Ci teniamo ancora a ringraziare lo staff per la gentilezza e per la considerazione del disagio , risolvendo il problema in brevissimo tempo.

Impossibile spegnere il riscaldamento nel bagno, mancanza di acqua di benvenuto, tovaglioli o scottex, olio e sale. Frigorifero grande rotto. Mancanza di zanzariere. Sanitari piccoli.

L’appartamento stupendo è super pulito la ragazza al telefono era gentilissima l’unica pecca il prezzo 160€ a notte un po’ eccessivo

Posizione comoda al centro. Silenziosità

Assenza di un rapporto diretto con i gestori per la soluzione di problemi che si sono presentati: riscaldamento non funzonante e assenza di acqua calda. Sono state possibili solo comunicazioni per messaggio o mail senza riscontro all mie richieste . Il riscaldamento è stato ripristinato mezz'ora prima del check out. Pulizia non ottimale... ragnatele sul soffitto e peli nella doccia

Non funzionava lo sciacquone, non era presente la TV e neanche un asciugacapelli ed in più era presente una terribile puzza di sigarette in tutto l’appartamento.
