Convenient room at central location. Helpful landlady providing sound recommendations for our onwards journey.
Breakfast included exclusively sweet items, which probably suits most Italians, yet not us. Also the name "Il giardino ..." implies something; I've been expecting some garden or balcony seating, yet there are none.

Breakfast was a normal Italian breakfast good, tasty.
Maybe two small things - the beds are not the best ones. You should inform the guests that there is no elevator to the flat
