Great hotel! 10/10 if not for the chloride smell from the pool

The location is very convenient. Check in amd out was quick and easy, friendly stuff. Breakfast is good and well organised.

Cleaning up yourself after breakfast made me feel like I was at a cheap McDonald's 😞. They can hire people given the price per room. The smell of chloride from the pool, when you get off the lift on the 1st floor, was very unpleasant. Luckily, it wasn't smelling inside the room. The hotel might want to consider alternative sanitation methods.

Need more love and renovation.

We had a solid weekend stay. For the price, it was okay. The staff was amazing! The rooms are old but clean enough, though there were some minor damages. It feels like the hotel could use some renovations soon. The wellness area is divided into two sections — one with clothing and one without. The clothed area was quite crowded and not really relaxing. Some guests were moving between the saunas and whirlpools in both areas, which made it a bit less peaceful. The nude area was great, but like the rest of the hotel, it looked a bit old and worn out.

A bit old but cery clean and location is very good, just in front of the beach, and we were happy to have parking just in front of the hotel.

It is a bit worn out, some repair works in bathroom would be good.

Great breakfast and location

It was close to the beach and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety.

The spa area was extra money and the pool had kids jumping in it. It was not a relaxing pool area. I wish workers told the kids not too jump or yell.

Bad experience

Location

Staff was very rude!! Specially the big guy was very very rude- He was not at all sincere with us. I asked for 1 bottle of water for my 10 year old son, he refused!! I will never go to this hotel again

Needs some attention

THE SPA!! THE SPA!! THE SPA!! It is the only reason I would visit again. VERY handicapped accessible. The staff were all wonderful and kind. Especially Bjorn and Diego at Odyssey.

Felt like a heard of cattle at breakfast. Staff were exceptional, but there is no order for food service, it's chaotic and stressful. Not what we were hoping for. The room was dated, peeling around the ceilings, a/c didn't work, W/C was small and could use a handle or bar for assistance. Felt like I was in THE SHINING walking down the hallway. Design is just odd inside. Flooring is different everywhere you turn, as is the decor. If the hotel were themed around the wellness center, it could be a win.

The staff that welcomed us was very friendly.

Breakfast was poor. It felt like a high school cantine. We got a tray when we came in and it felt cheap. The lady at the egg stand wasn't friendly. The room was very old.

Location was good. Next to sea Swirling pool and jacuzzi Wellness

Stuff not friendly . Some of them where even speaking on hight tones with guests. Big chose on breakfast, but not clean. Very bad organized, no plates , dirty spoons Not very clean rooms. Fungus in bathroom, hairs on floor ,dust. Could not regulate temperature of water in shower. Maximum 37.5. Probably saving on energy, but should say something about that from moment of booking . Late check out not possible , even you want to pay and even it’s announced on reception. Due to vacation period . Also early check out 10am, meanwhile check in only from 15h Room was smaller then I booked .

Not coming back

The location of the hotel is ideal, walking distance to the city center and the beach. It seems that the hotel was recently refurnished, so the outlook is good and modern eggs and pancakes at breakfast freshkly baked

Staff was not very friendly at arrival, both looking on their phones, also in the restaurant we had to wait very long, at breakfast every question was too much to ask (the plates were all gone and when asking for new ones, I got a very unfriendly reply) The room smelled like they had been smoking in it and actually the whole hotel didn't smell that good. At night it felt like we were sleeping on top of the ventilation sytem or washing machines or something, no idea where the loud buzzing sound came from, but got woken up because of it and it was hard to fell asleep again because of the noise In the morning no warm water, it was 8h30 so maybe it was showering busy time, because an hour later we did have hot water, but we then needed to be at breakfast so not able to enjoy it Even if their would have been warm water, there was no soap in the dispenser, so wasn't able to wash anyway. Breakfast was poor, orange juice tasted like water, no real butter (only margarine) and mushy bread and croissants, very loud and crowded
