Nice B&B / Hotel and friendly hosts.

Nice small family B&B / hotel The place is a bit old , but everything was clean. We had room nr 3, with no balcony , but with a nice view over the vinyards. Room was large . Bicycle distance fra Bernkastel Kues. Nice with a trustbox with chips, choklate etc. on 1 floor , and wine in the fridge, so it is possible to get at any time :-) Host were very kind. We had a wine tasting in the cellar and a good talk about wine. Breakfast was okay and fresh . It is possible to sit outside the house on different sides, and that is very nice . Very quit area .

On first floor it is possible for everyone to sit on some chairs outside the four rooms. This can be a problem in the hotel rooms if people are noisy.

attic slopped banged head, not acceptable at this price. smokers outside room below turned this into into a smoking room. representing this as a weingut was misleading as was location in a residential neighborhood.

Fantastic shower, good breakfast, room was clean, nice and quiet location, away from crowd. About 6km walk to Bernkasel-Kues, but it is really nice walk with option to walk through vinneyards if you fancy 😍 would recommend and come back.

Bells at the nearby church destroyed our sleep. Ring all night long on the hour and are loud. This is something that is most likely tied to and blamed on "tradition" but it sucks for the stranger who is not used to it.

Wir würden wieder kommen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Super nette Gastgeber, Getränkekühlschrank zum selbst versorgen und Frühstück hatte auch alles was man brauchte. Sehr freundlicher und problemloser Umgang mit unserem Hund. Besonders die Garage mit Lademöglichkeit für E- Bikes war super.

Ist nicht tragisch aber ist halt im oberen Geschoss so.... Die Dachschrägen über dem Bett haben für einige Kopfunfälle gesorgt..

Wir werden nicht wieder kommen!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit extremer Schräge, so dass mein Mann sich ständig den Kopf gestoßen hat. Die Dusche war mit einem Vorhang was nicht sehr hygienisch war. Beim Frühstück gab es Aufbackbrötchen die am ersten Tag für 4 Personen nicht gereicht haben, Nachbestellen konnte man nicht!

Ein schöner Ort für herbstliche Wanderungen durch die Weinberge, nahe bei Bernkastel-Kues.

Ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück, Nutzung des Weinkellers, gute Weinprobe, schönes Restaurant weiter unten im Ort. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen und bekamen Zimmer auf demselben Flur.

Fantastisch

Het hotel was te bereiken door het dorpje. Je moest even omhoog rijden door smalle straatjes. Voor het hotel zijn 4 parkeerplaatsen te beschikking. Voor elke hotelkamer 1. Kom je met een motor, dan mag die in de garage. Het hotel is heel huiselijk en is een familie hotel. De mensen van de familie Gindorf zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is redelijk uitgebreid en je kan je wensen kwijt bij de receptie.

Uit het plafond kwam een tor. De bedden kraakten een beetje en waren zacht.

Heerlijk bed en wat een rust buiten. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijke familie met een hele lieve oude hond!

Er waren 2 handdoeken.De rest gastendoekjes.Maar was op zich wel te doen voor die 2 nachten.

Voor een keertje prima maar gaan niet snel meer terug.

Locatie was top. Wel heel steil naar het ‘centrum’. Ligging is bovenaan in het dorp. Maar goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes. Goede matrassen en een fijn balkon met mooi uitzicht over de bergen.

Kamer was niet echt schoon, beker voor de tandenborstels zat nog vol met tandpasta van de vorige gasten. Beddengoed was verkleurd en zaten scheuren in van de slijtage, zelfde was met de handdoeken. 2 verschillende nachtlampjes waarvan er 1 flikkerde. Er is geen lift waardoor je moet sjouwen met je koffers naar de 2e etage. Voor ons niet echt een probleem maar lastig als je slecht ter been bent. Bij aankomst moesten we aanbellen en wel eventjes wachten totdat er iemand kwam, die duidelijk niet op ons had gerekend want de haarverf zat nog in haar haren. Wel een vriendelijke dame maar duidelijk in haast. Ontbijt was erg eentonig. 1 koud gekookt ei pp die groen verkleurd was. 2e ochtend werd er een echtpaar bij ons aan de (krappe) tafel geplaatst terwijl er nog een tafel vrij was. Niet erg veel privacy dus.

Gutes Frühstück unkomplizierter Check in. Ruhige Lage im oberen Ortsteil. Nette Gastgeber und ein gut gefüllter Weinkühlschrank!

Das Zimmer unterm Dach ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Lüfter im Bad hört sich an als würde er gleich explodieren. Nachts angemacht ist die ganze Etage wach!😄 Sehr hellhörig alles in allem.
