The cleanliness and the location.
The bed throws and pillow shams could do with replacing as they look very tired. A couple of bulbs need replacing in the bathroom too. Suggest adding a teaspoon or two for the beverages !

The room was clean and fairly large, the bathroom facilities were decent, it was a quiet location and was located close to Dumbarton Central station as well as numerous shops and takeaway places
Getting into the rooms we had booked took nearly 45 minutes. I was not sent the code for the lockbox, the room numbers nor the codes for the rooms. I called the number I was provided 5 times and was straight sent to voicemail; I then called the number on Google and she was able to assist me getting the keys but not the actual room codes. I then found the number for Booking.com's headquarters who were the only ones available to assist me. The landlord of this property is uncontactable and a joke. It's sad as the rooms are really quite decent for their price.
