The cleanliness and the location.

The bed throws and pillow shams could do with replacing as they look very tired. A couple of bulbs need replacing in the bathroom too. Suggest adding a teaspoon or two for the beverages !

Don’t stay here it is horrible

Nothing, this place was horrible. I entered the stair case and couldn’t follow the instructions the host had provided as none of the instructions I had seemed to match what I could physically see.

Curtain hanging off rail, shower off track , tv did not work, wifi did not work .toilet unstable and unuseable as radiator hit legs. Dirty room. Cups stay hot price tags on, no drink facilities. Drugs heavey smell, no access for 30 mins as people in other rooms locked putter door which stated as open. Music and noise from other rooms unacceptable. Heavy soiled chairs, 2 lights not working in bathroom I would avoid at all costs pictures and narrative do not match, considering only £6 difference to premier inn local. I'm seeking 50% refund I have all the pictures but only able to load 4

Wifi worked well and is fast

WARNING free parking as in the listing means on-the-street parking which for us meant down the road and around the corner. So no guarantee of parking whatsoever. I checked with booking.com and they said that "on-site" can mean this No toilet paper in room. We had to request it Bed linens were torn and dirty Sink drain in bathroom leaking onto floor and cupboard in bathroom dilapidated and falling apart Drain in shower almost completely blocked so only very short showers possible before it filled with water Questionable area lots of rubbish and graffiti in the street where we parked

I like the area

We stayed for two nights only and thanks God it was not longer otherwise we wouldn't stay there. The bed was comfy but the bed cover was dirty and smelling nasty and someone's hair was in the bed. The floor was not cleaned at all. In one of the rooms, the hot water for the shower was not working I called the lady to sort it out but she never bothered. We ended up showering the family in one room. The two cups for coffee were dirty and one of them was broken, as soon as we put milk for my child the milk went everywhere.

Terrible Stay – Not Worth the Money

The room was spacious enough for two people.

This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty and had visible mould in the bathroom. Only one light in the bathroom was working, and there was water blockage in both the bath area and wash basin. Even washing hands slowly would cause the basin to fill up, and you’d have to wait for the water to drain. There were mosquitoes and flying insects in the room, making it very uncomfortable. The room had two windows—one with no curtain at all, and the other with a broken curtain. This let in too much light and made sleeping difficult. Also, the poor-quality windows allowed loud outside noise to come through clearly. Instead of a proper double or king bed, there were two single beds pushed together with separate mattresses. This made it very uncomfortable for a couple, as you end up falling into the gap between the mattresses unless you both sleep on opposite sides. What’s worse is that these issues are clearly not new—many past reviews mention the same problems, and it seems the host has no intention of fixing anything. Booking.com, I’m very disappointed. It’s unacceptable that this property is still listed despite so many negative reviews. This experience has made me seriously reconsider using your platform in the future. I booked this place in a hurry without checking the reviews—my mistake, but this should not be happening in the first place.

Filthy junkies bedroom! Do not book it is a SCAM

Not a single thing it was despicable!

Absolutely shocking! I arrived here with my wife and 5 year old daughter. The outside door was vandalised and broken. The corridor up to the so called apartment was stinking of urine and weed. The door had a ring door bell and a key safe. Entered the code and opened the door to reveal a very smelly dirty bedroom with a filthy bed, stained stools and mouldy windows. This was no apartment, instead a junkies bedroom! I doubt this place is even legal. I do not know how or why this is even on Booking.com. We left immediately and booked ourselves in to a travelodge!

During booking , it mentioned entire apartment but has no leaving room, no kitchen or even a microwave. Moreover, no essential household equipment such as hair dryer. Shower didn’t work. Communal area was very dirty. The bed was very big and comfy but duvet was smelly. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Tried to contact the host but not responded.

SHOCKING - TOILET WILL NOT FLUSH and the story goes on from there

Toilet did not flush, no shower curtain, no cutlery ie basic knifes forks spoons, fridge/freezer frozen like a block of ice, could not use, and the window would not close, and there is a massive noisy air condition unit outside the window from the restaurant below, door handles spins round and round, we asked for a full refund still awaiting communication from the host which no one seems to be able to contact. Lads had to move out because they could not use the toilet, or get someone to repair as no contact with the host, picture of the shower ie walk in shower, the shower in this case is over the bath !!!!! not as per the picture advertised, and list of problems goes on from there.

Worst accommodation ever

We did not like anything about this accommodation and did not stay here

When we got there, young teenagers were all standing around the main door drinking and smoking weed. The entrance smelled so strong of urine that one of my family members were physically sick. The room was booked for 2 adults and an 11 year old and only had 1 bed. The wardrobe door would not open and the apartmemt door couldn't open fully due to a table stopping it. This is the worst accommodation I have ever seen on booking.com and I always book through them. The photos do not reflect this accommodation.

this is advertised as an apparent it was a room. the floors were dirty the bedding stained no mattress protector mattress stained all over I slept on my coat on top of the bed ! there is mould dirt everywhere bathroom gross ,door hanging off sink unit dirty washing scrunchie inside. curtain pole off wall inside wardrobe ! no fire detector no evacuation on door . Avoid like the plague unless you want to catch it ! I made mistake of not searching the reviews will never do that again ! wore place I’ve ever been and will not be back !

Don't waste your money

The location was perfect

We were under the impression that it was a whole apartment, what we actually got was a room with a bathroom. There were no kitchen facilities or sitting room. The property emailed us a code for the key lock box which didn't work the keys were actually left under the mat which we didn't feel safe with so when we went out we locked the keys to the other rooms inside the room to which the property owner rang us at a funeral to tell us that someone else had rented the "apartment" and need a set of keys and asked us to return to the property to leave them under the mat.

Disappointing

The shower worked OK until it ran cold.

I would be ashamed to let this room out. The floor was laminate and look liked it had never been mopped judging by the amount of different shoe prints. The blind and curtain rail were broken so you had no privacy at night. Also got woken up about 6am by the daylight. There were hairs on the toilet. The inside of the shower door had never been cleaned. The extractor fan in shower room didn't work. The room was never serviced so used up all of the 3 coffee's and milk on day one . The kettle leaked. These rooms were above an Indian restaurant which was fine but there were rat droppings on the communal staircase leading uo to the rooms.. I'm not even sure if the duvet cover was washed because there were crumbs under the throw on the bed. This place needs a bit of DIY and a cleaner who does a proper job.

Wires hanging out the wall. Could hear every sound from out side cars people talking even with every window full shut. Could even hear the other guests in there rooms. The room door could use some attention can see daylight through to the hallway. Bathroom was dirty.

Glad it was only for one night

The entrance was dirty and smelly. You wouldn‘t think it was a entrance to an appartment. Also the key wasn‘t in the keybox. We got it from another guest who found it under the front door rug. Not really a safe feeling .

Pleasant

We booked an apartment and 2 king-sized bedrooms. We had a spacious living room, a kitchen and well equipped bathrooms.

The horrible thing was that the flush didn't work in our bathroom. We informed the staff about this problem as soon as we reached there. Unfortunately, we had to use the other bathrooms. But,it was really embarrassing to knock on the other couple's room to ask permission to use the toilet.

Nothing the place was terrible

The place of terrible it is accessed through a Filth and dirt strewn corridor shared with an Indian restaurant through dirty stairs to a cluster of properties on the first floor. The property was extremely shabby not satisfactory let alone luxury. That was a kettle but no cups, one drinking glass no iron or ironing board as stated and the Shabby wardrobe couldn't be used because it was too close to a bedside table to open the doors. One of the bedside tables had no light bulb in the light which could have been a shock Hazard and neither of us could get the TV to work. Paintwork is peeling off the ceiling in areas and it did not feel safe to walk the streets at night.

No towels at all and was going to funeral the next day so needed a shave and a shower next morning, and when I phone the only number I'd been given it just went straight to answer phone so left message that I would need towels for next morning, so couldn't freshen up that night after travelling over 200miles, then went out for food between 7pm to 8pm and on my return towels had been left. Advertised as having TV but tried every channel and it just said no signal. So then went to use my tablet as Advertised as having WiFi but it didn't have any WiFi signal. Security was rubbish as keys for all apartments just left under mat. Hallway leading up to it looked like a drug dealing area and corridor full of old and neglected rubbish. Bed sheets were not clean and must have been used before

The sheets were clean and white. The room was a reasonable size and ensuited. Not a lot of noise from the area outside(street)...the room was furtherest from the street

The property did not have the stated laundry and kitchen facilities. The little fridge was noisy, dirty and didn't get cold. The whole room needs a good clean/ dusting around the edges and shelves and in the shower. Rubbish from previous guests needs to be removed. The linen needs to match the sizes. ie. the bed is king size, the doona is queen sized and rolled inside a double doona cover!! There is a lot of noise from the coming and goings of the other two guest suites at odd hours. A lot of garbage and dirt in the stairwell leading up to the 2nd floor - gives a bad impression of the area. A good idea to follow up maintenance - the blinds don't properly come down on the windows and a curtain is missing on one of the windows.
