Very close to the beach and restaurants. The overall villa is quiet and peaceful.

You have to go to the restaurant of the owners to grab the keys first but it was no problem for us! The restaurant is very close (2 minute walk) and easy to find.

Large bathroom

The blue room that we were in is very large, however it faces the main street so you can hear people on the street talking etc. The location is great in the centre of the village, the village itself is very quaint and the train station to visit Cinque Terre / Genova is short walk away. The owners are very nice and helpful, the private parking box is very convenient as well.

The mattress is a bit too soft and the room has a bit of a damp smell bc you cannot open the shutters if you don’t want mosquitos / people from the street. I don’t remember seeing an AC. If you are a light sleeper, you might be bothered by all the noise in the house from people walking, moving chairs etc

We had the room with the private toilet in the hallway. Unfortunately the toilet was very humid and therefore quiet a bit of mold on the walls

Good base to visit Cinque Terre

Nice place, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to get to rail station. Landlord provided tips and useful informations. Private parking lot is big plus (for those who travel by car of course). Moneglia is nice small city and perfect to run the Cinque Terre visit.

La posizione. Il box gratuito.

Arredi vecchi e logori, testata del letto in simil pelle tutta scorticata. Abbiamo dovuto mettere un lenzuolo per coprirla. Materasso di carta, duro, sfondato. Accumuli di polvere su lampadari e un pò ovunque a livelli che non avevo mai visto nulla del genere. I cassetti del bagno e i comodini, pieno di capelli e sporco. Bollitore dell'acqua lercio. Nessuna bustina del thè di cortesia. Vasca idromassaggio bella, ma senza manutenzione riescono pezzi di accumulo nerastro, alghe o altro, nell'acqua dove cerchi di rilassarti. Bleah

Узковата душевая кабина для большого человека. Два стакана для 4х местного номера, одна чайная ложка, четыре маленьких кофейных чашки.

Bellissimi ricordi a Moneglia

Posizione ottima, nel centro di moneglia. La stazione del treno a soli 10 minuti a piedi, avendo il Box privato, si evita lo stress del cercare il parcheggio. Inoltre comodissimo per chi come noi ha deciso di spostarsi con il treno per visitare le 5 terre. Camera spaziosa, con vetrate doppie, nonostante il bar affianco super frequentato non si sentiva nulla a finestre chiuse. Al nostro arrivo ci sono state fornite subito molte informazioni su come poterci muovere in zona: orari del treno, eventi delle serate etc. Inoltre è possibile pranzare o cenare presso il ristorante che ha un vario menù a prezzi vantaggiosi rispetto alla media degli altri ristoranti. Non eravamo mai stati a Moneglia, ma ci rimane un piacevole ricordo, dell’ospitalità, del luogo, e di questa piacevole struttura.

Идеальное месторасположение. В пешей доступности вокзал -10 мин Пляж- 2 мин Супермаркеты, кафе, рестораны Чистота в номере, ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец. Душ, фен Кондиционер, чайник, кофемашина - чай, капсулы Холодильник Wi Fi Соотношение цена качество Очень любезные , отзывчивые хозяева. Так же владельцы ресторана Tender в 2 минутах ходьбы. Замечательные обеды и ужины. Великолепная Джулия - отдельное спасибо за внимание.

Super super super ottima!!!!

Quando siamo arrivate siamo passate al ristorante di pesce che ha la mamma del host Giulia che ci ha fornito non solo le chiavi ma anche delle brochure utili per visitare la zona, e anche la mappa di Moneglia. La struttura è super accogliente, ha poche stanze,pulitissime. Accettano i cani. Ogni giorno vi sistemano la camera e vi cambiano gli asciugamani. La camera aveva anche il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè con le capsule che venivano rimesse ogni giorno. Aveva anche lo zucchero ed un cucchiaino. E tazze sia da thè che da caffè. E inoltre ha un comodissimo frigo vuoto che noi abbiamo usufruito per mettere l'acqua e il cibo avanzato del cane, al suo interno ha anche un mini freezer dove c'era anche delle ghiaccio istantaneo. La stanza ha l'aria condizionata. La nostra stanza aveva la finestra che affacciava su un piccolo terrazzino in comune con le altre stanze, dove c'era uno stendino per stendere asciugamani o costumi. Il bagno aveva un grosso mobile del lavabo, con sotto due cassettoni. Nella doccia c'è sia il soffione dall'alto sia il doccino, oltre che due appoggi dove appoggiare shampoo ecc... Compreso nel prezzo c'è anche il box che si trova di fronte all'affittacamere dove poter mettere la macchina. La posizione è ottima, di fianco alla struttura c'è il supermercato crai e di fronte oltre ai vari stabilimenti o spiaggia libera, c'è anche il supemercato doro.(entrambi aperti 7 su 7) La domenica mattina fanno il mercato e il sabato nel tardo pomeriggio il mercatino artigianale. È comodissimo arrivarci con il treno perchè la stazione è ad una decina di minuti a piedi.(vicino alla stazione c'è anche l'aria sgambettamento per i cani) Insomma..recensione super super positiva! Ah, dimenticavo li vicino non mancano bar e ristoranti( anche il tender che è il ristorante di pesce della mamma) e anche ottime focaccerie!

La cassaforte é presente ma non funzionava, il freezer non congelava! Io consiglio solo due cose: di aggiungere anche delle bustine di thè visto la presenza del bollitore. E di aggiungere shampoo e bagnoschiuma che ad oggi loro non forniscono. Ma davvero sono piccolezze!

Soggiorno super

Villa Giulia è in una posizione splendida a due passi dalla spiaggia libera e attrezzata e con tutto ciò che serve: bar, ristoranti, gelaterie... La camera è ampia e il bagno enorme con doppi lavabi, doccia e vasca idromassaggio. I proprietari hanno un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato degli gnocchi con gamberi e zucchine super e una frittura di pesce abbondante e croccante al punto giusto. La signora Giulia è stata gentilissima con noi e la nostra cagnolina...(Forse dovrebbe essere meno agitata quando il ristorante è pieno perché diventa un po' ansiogena).Ciò che rende il soggiorno in Villa Giulia rilassante ed estremamente positivo è il box a due passi dalla camera. Moneglia posto incantevole ma senza box non si vive. Esperienza da ripetere volentieri.

Struttura carina molto comoda in ottima posizione vicino a bar supermercato fronte spiaggia e al ristorante Tender del proprietario dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene Giulia e la sua famiglia molto gentili ed accoglienti. Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consigliamo vivamente per una Vacanza fuori dal casino. Moneglia un bel paesino tranquillo e pulito. Ultimo e non per ultimo a metà strada dalle 5 terre e da Portfino con stazione a soli 400 metri.

Posizione ottima proprio a 2 passi dalla spiaggia, camera spaziosissima. Staff gentilissimo. Parcheggio coperto gratuito davvero molto comodo.

Avevamo la camera che affacciava sulla strada. Da migliorare la pulizia generale, il bagno grandissimo ma pieno di muffa. Ambiente umido e odore di chiuso.

Stanza comoda per un weekend, posizione eccellente!

Posizione eccezionale: vicino a tutti i servizi, si attraversa la strada e si è direttamente in spiaggia! Box auto privato di fronte alla struttura incluso nella prenotazione: comodissimo e rarissimo da trovare in Liguria. La proprietaria all'arrivo ci ha fornito del materiale informativo su Moneglia e dintorni, incluse indicazioni molto utili e aggiornate su come raggiungere le Cinque Terre. Lo abbiamo apprezzato molto.

La finestra della camera affacciava su un piccolo cortiletto interno completamente chiuso per cui entrava poca luce naturale e la stanza risultava piuttosto buia anche di giorno. La tavoletta del wc non si presentava molto bene essendo ingiallita. Dopo aver usato l'acqua della doccia, purtroppo dal bagno usciva cattivo odore. Per il.nostro soggiorno di un weekend i punti negativi descritti non sono stati così influenti ma potrebbero sicuramente avere peso in caso di soggiorni più lunghi.

La notte con le molle...

La posizione e la pulizia generale

Purtroppo l'impatto olfattivo non è stato dei migliori. La muffa anche se camuffata col colore è pungente e ti accompagna in perpetuo. Poi una cosa che mi lascia sempre molto interdetta nel tanto soggiornare ligure è la scomodità. Credo sia quasi un vanto degli amici liguri. È inaccettabile dormire in materassi con le molle che ti solcano nonostante la "fantastica" presenza di una spessa cerata ad attutirne le spigolosità. Praticamente malgrado la vasca ad idromassaggio, il bollitore e la macchina del caffè (che in un 2 stelle non sono scontati), per dormire fuori casa fondamentale è... poter dormire. Un consiglio spassionato": cambiateli quei materassi e disponete deumidificatori come se piovesse (...), altrimenti non mettete gente a dormire a pagamento.
