The best casual vacation

Friendly owner and staff. Delicious breakfast with local/home ingredients. Amazing their handmade fruits juice mix! Their dinner restaurant is also unforgettable. House cocktails with their homemade secret ingredients were fantastic.

Lovely retreat with great train access (via a lift) to the Cinque Terre.

A beautiful boutique hotel built on the wall of the valley. The bedroom was well designed and very comfortable. The pool area was well maintained. The staff were charming. The restaurant was fabulous, we had great food.

A beautiful stay close to the Cinque Terre.

Moneglia is a beautiful small town, ideally placed to explore the Cinque Terre and Ligurian coast. This hotel is perfect for the town, beach and train station. It is stylish, the staff are more than helpful, the food and rooms are gorgeous.

Pool is a luxury but room was impractical

Swimming pool is rare in this part of Italy and the poolside drinks service (sometimes free) was great. Nice styling in room and the interiors generally. Toiletries and robes are a very nice touch. Lift is useful from station.

Strange impractical room, was probably once two rooms and made into one. This made it large and the air con struggled to cool it down - we had to strip the beds from their plastic sheets and mattress liners and were still very hot. Room only had a bath and no shower so had to wash for four days in a bathtub. No dressing area (shelves, drawers, cupboards, hooks) just a hanging rail so lived out of suitcases. Unexpected experience for such an upmarket hotel!

Very good hotel in beautiful seaside town of Moneglia Staff very welcoming Comfortable beds Great swimming pool Very good breakfast great location for walking and seeing the sights on this coastline and very easy access to train station

Hotel was too formal for us; is perfect for guests who enjoy dining in the hotel each evening ; restaurant has excellent reviews I think it would be beneficial if tea/coffee facilities and complimentary water were in each bedroom A casual poolside drinks/snack service would also be good ( was provided upon request ) hotel may not suit travellers with mobility issues as lots of steps we found bathroom and particularly shower enclosure too small

A fabulous boutique hotel - tranquil after the hustle of Milan - fabulous attentive staff without being intrusive - and benefit of fabulous food both in the restaurant and the Bistro - great location for train to Cinque Terre - we wished we stayed longer

We had good really time in this hotel although there is always a room for improvement.

I need to say that place is very nice and calm. There is an easy access to the town - 10 minutes max on foot. In my opinion view from the hotel is absolutely amazing and swimingpool is nicely located so there is a lot of sun till the afternoon.

Once we asked for simple lunch (gnocchi al pesto) and we paid more than it costs in the fancy restaurants in town. Also owner of the place made some comments about tourists which for me were a bit inappropriate.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Resort als Ausgangs- und Rückzugsort der Cinque Terre

Privat und viel Liebe zum Detail geführtes Resort mit geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räumen und einem schön angelegten, terrassenförmigen Garten mit großem Pool. Hier findet jeder sein individuelles Plätzchen. Sehr lecker zubereitete Mahlzeiten. Aufmerksames Personal. Parkplatz am Haus. Bahnhof fußläufig und über einen hoteleigenen Aufzug schnell erreichbar. Von dort in 20 Minuten in den „Cinque Terre“. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar der sehr nette Ort Moneglia - eine Wohltat nach den überlaufenen reinen Touristenstädtchen.

Accueil impeccable de Francesca qui nous a fait découvrir l’endroit! Service en français +++ pour nous deux Québécoises. Elle nous a guidé et aidé pour certains choix dans nos activités! On se sentait en sécurité et nous étions très bien! Nous avons même eu une meilleure chambre et vue que prévu! Déjeuners parfaits et délicieux avec beaucoup de choix! Buffet froid ET choix chauds faits sur mesures selon nos choix! Un gros WOW! Je recommande sans hésitation! Et à essayer: Le resto de l’hôtel pour souper! C’était délicieux! Merci de nous avoir fait sentir comme à la maison!
