Amazing stay. True hidden gem

It was so beautiful and Greta couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious. The hotel is absolutely stunning, an oasis of peace calm and tranquility. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect paradise in an old abbey by the sea

fabulous quality of all the food offered at breakfast - served with friendliness and a smile! Loved the location, fantastic room with antique terrazzo floor, tastefully and well appointed. The staff are just so helpful, kind and friendly, a quality missed so much North of Italy/the Alps. An oasis of good vibes.

Beautifully calm and peaceful, lovely breakfast. The town was lovely too. We didn't go to the beach, but it looked very pleasant.

The only problem was getting there. Our satnav couldn't cope with the exit TOWARDS the sea (and under the road) so we went twice through 7 km of tunnels. Even then it tried to direct us through a pedestrian tunnel into the town. So make sure you have clearer directions before you go!

unique property that is located in a convenient location for access to Cinque Terre. Moneglia is a quant town that is a nice contrast to the busy tourist towns of Cinque Terre. I would highly recommend Abbadia San Giorgio. Also. the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, first rate.

A place to convey happy feelings.

A haven of tranquility wirh a beautiful patio and and extremely delicious great breakfast! Only a few minutes walk to the unspoilt beach. Moneglia is a very nice little town to.

Italian Hospitality at its best

The place is a marvel and Greta and her team are the perfect people to make you feel appreciated. Every datail is perfect - from the decoration of the historic rooms and site to the overehelming breakfast and the service of the host. If only we could have stay longer.... ...so we need to return! All the guests respected, seemed to enjoye and therefore contributed to the atmosphere as well.

The abbadia is truly a serene space and was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. Our host Greta was incredibly helpful and welcoming and surprised us with a room upgrade. Susanna's breakfasts were the best we had in Italy and when I mentioned I loved her strudel she packed us some for our car trip when we left. We will definitely stay again

Un paradis hors du temps, dans une station balnéaire charmante

C’est notre deuxième séjour et nous nous sommes promis d’y retourner tous les ans. On aime le cadre : un couvent du XVe siècle, magnifiquement restauré, les chambres ravissantes et très confortables, le personnel, très souriant et absolument adorable. Les petits déjeuners extraordinairement frais et variés. Les Cloches de l’église Saint-Georges, toute proche (qui s’arrêtent pendant la nuit) sonnent joyeusement pendant le petit déjeuner, peut être entre autres pour nous appeler à aller à la plage, belle, propre et parfaitement équipée qui est à trois minutes à pied. Le rêve ! À noter : cette station balnéaire est très facilement accessible par le train !

Z całych Włoch to właśnie to miejsce wybraliśmy na naszą podróż poślubną i zdecydowanie było warto. Piękne, klimatyczne i jednocześnie kameralne miejsce, z przepysznymi śniadaniami. Menadżerka hotelu sprawiła że mogliśmy poczuć bardzo komfortowo. Sama miejscowość bardzo urokliwa, z przepięknymi plażami, wykwintnymi restauracjami i gościnnymi włochami. Chętnie tutaj wrócę :)
