Great location and really friendly staff. Room was really comfortable. And the AC was perfect especially for the July heat.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. We had a room overlooking the breakfast terrace. The AC was very welcome and efficient. The staff were all fantastic, especially helping us get to the hotel from the airport. It was brilliant value for money and very charming. (Written on behalf of my daughter and her friend who travelled.)
These were minor issues only - the bathroom smelled quite damp and never fully dried out when not in use. Also, the arrangements for paying for breakfast were a bit mixed: we were told we could pay at the end of our stay, then told we had to pay on the day, then told we could pay in advance, then told we had not paid in advance (but this was quickly fixed when the receipts were checked). Staff were so lovely, so it didn't matter but as we are not experienced travellers it was confusing. (Written on behalf of my daughter and her friend who travelled.)

The outside of the building was beautiful, you can sit in the courtyard and have a breakfast/Coffee and the location to Nice Ville train station was excellent!
The room was very dated and not clean, didnt match the expections from outside
