Amazing property. The rooms were excellent. The facilities were top notch. We didn't want to leave the thermal baths. Food was great with an amazing breakfast buffet. And the staff was the highlight. So amazing in service, attentiveness, and professionalism. Maybe the best stay that our family has enjoyed.

The best of the hotel was the breakfast and the were friendly.
The lack of hygiene in the room was obvious. The carpet was dirty and we had to ask them to remove it. There was an old, smelly water stain in the bathroom. The mattress was worn out. The value for money is really poor.
