All of it - Great location, pool area and thermal spas amazing, great food and service, and the views of the volcano from the room was incredible - wish we had longer

Amazing property. The rooms were excellent. The facilities were top notch. We didn't want to leave the thermal baths. Food was great with an amazing breakfast buffet. And the staff was the highlight. So amazing in service, attentiveness, and professionalism. Maybe the best stay that our family has enjoyed.

It was clean. It had many private so hot pools.
They played music from 6:30 in the morning until 10 o’clock at night. It was the relaxing experience we expected. It was also next to the road. We were expecting more jungle like peaceful experience.
