The hotel location was perfect for me and my activities. I had a rental car & parking was easy and safe. The benefits of staying here was the after hours ability to use certain hot springs. All the staff was friendly, helpful. Front desk help me pay my parking ticket summons on the app I didn't understand how to use. The spa service was wonderful and very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing. One morning they had fried fish and it was the best thing I ate during my trip. I would absolutely return back.

We had a great time, very clean , nice staff except the reception. The only problem with this hotel was the internet, most of the time no internet available. I loved the security and the way they had everything under control. We felt really safe .

Our airline cancelled our flight delaying us by one whole day. Baldi's was unforgiving. Considering there are costs associated with guests actually showing up (meals) I asked for some type of courtesy due to the whole day loss. First they never gave an answer. Next they never replied to the email. Then when they replied it was "NO"! So ... be sure you have NO delays. I will likely not return to this facility. There are many others to choose from in the area.

Crowded but it was expected. Breakfast was decent with an omelette station. Didn't have dinner there but most people I ask said to go outside the resort. Value for the money is terrible. Everything is a la carte not even free sodas or water. Spent Disney type money for 4 people. Won't go again unless it's half price.
