We had a great time! The pools are lovely and were not busy at all when we are there. The grounds are lush!
The room is extremely small. It was not a problem we did intentionally book the small ones because they were cheaper, but if you have loads of luggage you might want to opt for the bigger ones.

Incredible location with direct views of Arenal volcano right from the property. The on-site hot springs were a highlight — relaxing and beautifully set. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our stay.
Honestly nothing — the stay exceeded expectations from check-in to checkout.

Breakfast was good - but you have to eat outside - and it rained our entire trip.
Our bungalow was very cramped and dark. Not pleasant on a rainy day
