Fantastic hotel. The hot springs are incredible and the staff were brilliant, super personable and helpful. The main two restaurants are also excellent
Food in the lobby restaurant was a little expensive for what it was, but the other two are excellent

The hot springs was a beautiful experience. Breakfast was delicious with many vegetarain options.
Small matter but we were there to celebrate my first business deal. We had informed them of the same before arriving and they did not acknowledge that at all during our stay.
