Staff was very nice and helpful. Amazing views from the accommodation. Breakfast was nice and worth it. They cleaned our room every single day. Amazing!!

Terrible experience — do not book this hotel *NO RESERVEN ESTE HOTEL POR ESTÁ APP *
This was a completely unacceptable and stressful experience. We booked and paid for the room through Agoda, and when we arrived at the property, they refused to honor the reservation. They claimed they do not accept Agoda bookings, even though the room was already fully paid and the money had already been taken from the account.
Instead of helping us, they tried to charge us again and even wanted almost double the price just to give us the room. That is absolutely unacceptable and feels dishonest.
The worst part is that they contacted the owner, and the owner did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. He did not care that the room was already paid for, and he offered no solution at all.
The place itself was ugly, poorly managed, with terrible customer service, no proper support, and not even a pool. The whole experience was horrible from the moment we arrived.
Now I am trying to claim my money back, and I still have not received any response or solution. This makes the situation even more frustrating and unacceptable.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not book this place, especially not through Agoda, because they may refuse your reservation even after you already paid. Completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and ZERO respect for guests.

I had asked for a big bed upon check-in they have me nunber 6
The whole point of staying out here so far from the center was for the view i had a giant tree right in the middle I'm sure eveyone else room was fine I asked to switch they told me that's all they had they gave me a room with 3 beds I didn't need it has this massive windows which is nice I wish I could upload the photos but it wont let me overall i was told it rains a lot so its really rare to see the volcano however i got two beautiful days i had to go outside the property next door to get a clear picture dont recommend #6 giant tree blocking the view
The staff was friendly and cooked great breakfast if you have a car this is good place to stay also if you like nature being away from the center

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is close to activities and restaurants. However, room facilities are old, outdated and appears neglected.
