The site is spectacular with all the rooms overlooking the volcano and I liked that the hotel is not terribly large. The thermal pools were amazing, with 5 cascading pools, from hot to cooler as they descend. The food was excellent with several options. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing and featured both local and international fare, and so much fruit! The staff were all so helpful and attentive.

Clean rooms, excellent service, beautifully kept grounds. Hot springs and resort was quiet and peaceful. Room is a bit dated but overall excellent experience.

Phenomenal views from the room. The hot tub in the room was a super luxurious touch, with a great view of the volcano. Staff couldn’t have been more gracious and friendly. Special shout out to Randall and Leonardo at the front desk, and Gabriel in the restaurant.
The breakfast were delicious!
