The contactless check in worked well. Instructions were concise and clear. The pool was exceptional and the grounds were orderly.
It would have been nice to have some recommendations for dining or activities in the area. There is lots to do in the area and some guidance would be good.

The pools were great, and the landscaping was beautiful
The kitchen could use a bit more cooking equipment, such as a large mixing bowl and colander.

Hot springs were nice and good location
Hotel claimed that I was a no show after I paid them on day 1 of our 3 day stay, so they wouldnt have to pay booking.coms fees, so booking.com took the hotels side. Make sure you keep your receipt of your stay oh and take pictures of you during your stay because apparently a bank statement charge isn't enough to prove that you stayed at this hotel. Also the safe never worked.
