The apartment we stayed in was very clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was lovely. The locatiin was great, very central and clise to restaurants, grocery store and shops. A quick uber ride to the hot springs. I woukd highly recommend Villas Fortuna Boutique Hotel.

Daniel and staff were the most hospitable! The place in a hidden gem. We travelled as a family of 10. Felt very safe. Great communication from the beginning. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order. The location was key. Easy access to hot springs and local restaurants. Oh and can’t forget the view of Arnel volcano - WOW! If you can book mountain view- do it! Breakfast was their typical meal and was delicious. We would definitely be back again!

The room was clean and when we needed more towels or anything, we got it promptly. Daniel was very helpful, polite, and nice. He gave us a lot of information about the area and helped us navigate the town where there are no street addresses. There was coffee and tea in the room. His family also owns the mini market so it was convenient.
