Quiet full of character. VERY clean and warm. The host Alessandro goes out of his way to make you feel at home and is always available. A real warm italian gentleman.

I was 100% satisfied. Slightly out of the centre but it served my purpose.

Fantastic old farmhouse

Light and spacious rooms, which were clean, well presented and comfortable. Would recommend to any travellers in the area. The owner was very friendly, I also enjoyed the antique feel to the place.

Semplicemente tutto, pulizia, stanza grandissima e pulitissima, soggiornare in questa dimora è stato come vivere in un castello❤️ La signora Rita e il signor Alessandro di un'accoglienza unica, vi consiglio di cenare da loro, tutto più che squisito e super super abbondante, la signora Rita è una Chef stellatissima. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, la dimora è spettacolare 😍. Che dire, ci ritorneremo sicuramente 🥰

Casa storica,si respira ancora l’aria dei personaggi che la hanno abitata o frequentata.Il signor Francesconi è molto accogliente e trasmette con i suoi racconti la passione e l’amore che ha verso la sua famiglia e la sua casa. Le camere sono molto confortevoli,pulite e la zona è silenziosa.Ottima posizione per girare gran parte dell’Umbria. Accettano gli animali,cosa da noi molto apprezzata visto che eravamo in viaggio con il nostro cane. Colazione semplice,all’italiana. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Ottimo soggiorno

Direi che nell'insieme il parere è positivo su tutto in particolare il personale. Poi la posizione defilata e in campagna con un torrentello vicino devo dire fantastica.

Forse troppi mobili in giro che occupano a mio parere troppo spazio. Mancano alcuni corrimano per fare le scale in sicurezza. Poi in camera non un attaccapanni e nel bagno nessuna mensola o gancetti, non si sa dove appoggiare un biuti o appendere un telo di spugna.

Immersi in un sogno

La location, la doccia con idromassaggio, musico terapia e cromoterapia, livello altissimo, anche il letto a baldacchino e l'altro con poggiatesta d'epoca, veramente una chicca

Forse ci vorrebbe un poggia valigia o una sedia in più in ciascuna camera!
