Fabulous apartment in the Umbrian countryside Nice walk (in the morning) into Montefalco Well equiped apartment Stunning pool and garden nooks Very friendly host Cecilia. Even met me early to give me access (really appreciated as on bicycle) Apartment nice and cool so aircon not used much)

Absolutely nothing Would be fantastic place to stay and explore Umbria by car (so central to many places)

Posizione davvero comoda. Gli appartamenti sono ben strutturati e c’è tutto l’occorrente anche per cucinare.

Purtroppo un appartamento aveva nel bagno il ritorno della fogna.

Struttura molto bella, un casolare nelle campagne molto ben tenuto, i confort ci sono tutti sia in casa che fuori, ideale per permanenze anche di più giorni, molto rilassanti. La posizione ovviamente non è in centro ma con pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono mete spettacolari come Assisi, Spello o le cascate delle Marmore. I proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali. Nel complesso veramente un bel soggiorno

Assolutamente nulla, solo troppo poco tempo per godere dei luoghi

The heating and WiFi were turned off at arrival. The lady who welcomed us seemed very uninterested and that might be a good reason she didnt notice it before our arrival. We turned on the heating ourselves after realising this problem an hour later. Unfortunatly it took a few hours to get the place comfortably warm. The WiFi was turned on later when (by coincidence?) an handyman arrived and probably realised the same. They had no waterboiler and weirdly enough ther was a free bottle of wine, but no wineglasses. Structural problems were the very narrow shower (my nose was about 10cm from the door) and the electicity socket directly above the stoven. In the Netherlands this is illegal as a building safety hazard. (We checked)

The surroundings of Montefalco are absolutely beautiful for nice views and easier hikes. We stayed a day longer for another hike and prolonging our stay was easy. Free espresso.
