Appartamento ampio con due camere da letto, due bagni e abbastanza pulito. Completi gli accessori.
Struttura all'interno della ZTL in pieno centro storico non avvicinabile con la vettura per cui scomodo lo scarico dei bagagli. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze consentito per una sola ora all'interno delle mura. All'esterno consentita sosta a pagamento €.1,50/h dalle 8 alle 24. Auspicabile convenzione con il comune per agevolare i clienti.

Beautifully presented, sparkling clean apartment, with all the amenities one needs for a short or long term stay while visiting Montefalco. The location is superb, being just a few steps from the piazza comune, where there are lovely cafes and restaurants, yet in a quiet and picturesque location, where a number of the narrow, cobblestone alleyways meet. One can walk just a few moments in any direction to enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, and neighboring town and villages seen in the distance. The apartment has a large kitchen, a big table for dining, comfortable seating, an updated bathroom and even a private terrace to take in the views! Patrizia, is the most accommodating host anyone could hope for, available for you whenever you may need her. This is a really wonderful option for anyone looking for accommodations in Montefalco.

Great apartment in excellent location. Easy to access and very clean.
We had a very uncomfortable experience with this stay. A couple of days after checking in, the host contacted me insisting that we meet in person to pay for the stay in cash, even though our booking confirmation clearly stated that credit card was an accepted form of payment. This immediately made us feel uneasy and unsafe.
I tried to explain that we preferred to pay by card as outlined in the booking, but she persisted. While on holiday, it would be challenging for us to withdraw a large amount of cash, and we were not comfortable meeting a stranger to hand over money. One the day she was nearby, she messaged again asking to meet and we believe she even rang the doorbell at the property. This completely disrupted our plans and left us feeling anxious about leaving the accommodation.
In the end, we reluctantly agreed to pay via bank transfer, and she provided a receipt. While the accommodation itself was fine, the whole situation was stressful and left us feeling that the host was not entirely trustworthy.
