Very comfy beds very clean and great value for money! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location just outside Montefalco with lovely gardens and views and a great sized pool. Very good value for money and very comfy beds with a small fridge in the room. Great little restaurant on site with very reasonably priced food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

There were insufficient sockets for our appliances to charge. The Fridge was a bit noisy at night as were our neighbours who had 2 very yappy dogs - owners went out and left them in the room unattended. Only other thing was there were no facilities to make tea or coffee - that said we could get one very cheaply from the restaurant.

The food was lovely. Breakfast and dinner. Views are stunning. Owner very helpful when we were lost. Their own olive oil delicious.

Rooms are dated and basic. Just felt like the whole place needs updating and some new energy and love. This was our most expensive stay of our holiday and was not good value.

Beautiful, rural stay in the Umbrian countryside.

Location was superb, meals were lovely, staff were friendly, lots of space in the apartment, air conditioning in the rooms was good, pool was excellent.

Beds and pillow were a little hard, it could have used a few more kitchen essentials (oil, salt and pepper, bottle opener).

Great experience!

I love this place. It's is very near to Montefalco and there is a magical view. Giuseppe and his family are great people always there for you. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back next summer. See you soon!

I have been here before twice. That is a compliment, to return.

It has become very expensive!!! In comparison with 2 and 3 years ago, prices have gone up with more than 40%. It still is an agriturismo, not a luxury hotel, but the price for a room is comparable with that in a (luxury) hotel. I think that is a pity.

Heerlijk zwembad, prima uitvalsbasis, en toch…

Ruim zwembad, restaurant bij logies (handig), rustige locatie, ruime opzet met privacy bij de kamer, kosteloze kamer upgrade, schoon, en het dorp Montefalco op loopafstand (wel klimmen), goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Assisi en Perugia

Twee tips voor Giuseppe en familie: 1. In gastvrijheid heeft de familie nog iets te winnen; ze is correct en beleefd maar niet proactief gast-ontzorgend. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt daardoor niet voor je gevoel, tot je merkt dat er meer mogelijk is… maar je moet er wel steeds naar vragen. Voorbeeld: als je echte barista espresso of cappuccino bij je ontbijt wil, krijg je die pas na aanvraag (de reguliere “automatenkoffie” vonden wij niet lekker). 2. Het restaurant is prima maar niet uitzonderlijk; hoe smaakvol ook ontbreekt een stukje beleving dat je bij deze prijzen wel verwacht. Misschien zijn wij elders teveel gewend en verwend, maar dit is onze feedback.

Agriturismo immerso nel verde a due passi da Montefalco

Struttura immersa nel verde, a due passi dal centro storico di Montefalco (circa 800 metri) e con panorama mozzafiato! Casali storici ristrutturati sapientemente. Stanza con arredamento essenziale, ma comunque confortevole. Colazione non particolarmente ricca, ma con prodotti di qualità, soprattutto i dolci fati in casa. Ristorante di buona qualità, con materie prime del luogo attentamente selezionate. Pulizia ottima e personale molto cordiale.

Servizi e finiture delle camere forse troppo essenziali.
