Peaceful place with relax owner

It was in a beautiful place. The pool and air conditioned were very good in the hot weather in july. It was a peaceful place. The owner was a cool person and kind , he gave us one bottle of wine from his winary, and it was sooooo valuable for us and made the best finish for us.

The building was old and a little dusty, if you are so clean with a 5-star standard, it is not for you, but for us, it was OK . The breakfast doesn't have so many choices, but the price compared to another hotel in that area is ok. The owner couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate, you could speak

Best chillout relaxed country stay in Umbria

Our host Angelo was spectacular...helpful, funny, generous and even drove us up to Montefalco to have dinner and drinks and picked us up! Breakfast each morning was a typical Italian mix of cakes and yogurts juices and great coffee ... great way to start the day....fabulous swimming pool...so close to Perugia, Assisi, Spolato, Spello and so much more...we loved our stay...rooms were clean beds comfy....whats not to like....it comes highly recommended from us and we will be back. Great value for €€$$

Nothing negative but you do need a car....and google likes to send you on a wild goose chase sometimes..

truly an Italian experience, very rustic. this is a no frills place. You get what you pay for. No luxuries. Wi-Fi is sparse. no English spoken here. You’ll be frustrated when you arrive and be in love with the place when you leave. it was an experience i won’t forget. AWESOME!!!!

Angelo,il proprietario, gentile e disponibile prodigo di suggerimenti e indicazioni sui borghi limitrofi da visitare. la di lui consorte una vera maestra pasticcera, le sue torte per la prima colazione insuperabili. La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti è il fiore all'occhiello dell'agriturismo.

Quando Angelo sarà pronto a sostituire i mobili della sua amatissima bisnonna che attualmente arredano alcune camere la valutazione arriverà a un dieci pieno.

Per niente simpatico

Purtroppo non mi è piaciuto niente a partire dall'accoglienza che non è stata per niente simpatica. Il proprietario si lamentava della prenotazione effettuata con booking, facendo dei discorsi per niente professionali. La camera era comunicante con un'altra tramite una porta chiusa nella quale si sentivano tutti i discorsi del vicino di camera. Dentro la camera soggiornava un ragno gigante. La colazione deludente.
