Posizione e ampiezza dell'appartamento, livello di eleganza, arredo e contesto in genere.
Cercherei di eliminare l'odore tipico delle case antiche con tubature vecchie, cambierei la serratura della porta d'entrata e metterei una pensilina sopra la porta d'entrata in modo da prevenire di sporcare gradini e proteggere le persone dal guano dei colombi e degli uccelli in generale.
