Charming place surrounded by nature

We had such a wonderful stay at Villino Bellavista! It’s an absolutely charming place surrounded by nature, with the view over the valley. Walking to the center of Spoleto was no problem. The staff is very friendly, special thanks for our warm welcome and help on the day of check-out. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended!

The IDEAL halfway house - we needed to stay longer.

We selected this Agriturismo purely by chance as it appeared nice. We were headed southwards and needed an overnight stay to recharge after a long day "on the road". It is an ideal property - well positioned with great views and facilities and most comfortable. It hosts a very good restaurant and provides a tasty and comprehensive breakfast. We will stay for a longer period, next time.

Tuscan charm, but could improve

Rustic Tuscan style, great view over the valley from my room. Also great food in the restaurant.

Bathroom was a little old fashioned, and only cheap shampoo/body wash provided (no soap bar). No kettle or cups/glasses provided. Breakfast was wide-ranging but focused mainly on cakes. Location is just outside of Spoleto but the walk is along a dark road.

a real BELLA VISTA

The location is really amazing. The main building has a large terrazzo overlooking Spoleto and the landscape behind for mane kilometres. You can sit there, sip wine, have lunch/dinner and enjoy a view which is probably not to be found in any other place of Spoleto. This accommodation is no longer an “agroturismo”, whole property was sold, renovated in 2022 and opened as a hotel or B&B type accommodation. The interior is a historical one modernized / adopted to the needs of guests. The room was quite large, bathroom clean, breakfast in Italian style served inside, but sitting outside on terrazzo in warm days is surely possible.

The only problem is the by-passing road – during our stay from early morning big trucks were passing by making our sleep rather impossible. Such noise continued till late afternoon…..

Outstanding

Our stay at Bellavista was nothing short of completely amazing. The staff, the location , the accommodation itself was all superb. The staff really made the whole stay exceptional, there was never a time when we were left wanting for anything. Everything was done with a smile and made us feel completely as ease. We had dinner on the last night and wow ! Totally wish we had more opportunities to eat here as the food was of such high quality. The tiramisu went down unbelievably well with the whole table ( highly recommend if you are choosing a desert option !). The accommodation itself has spectacular views and a really gorgeous walk if you fancy walking into Spoleto. The room was stunning and unique. We were so sad to leave.

A home from home , very friendly and helpful staff look after your needs while you can relax and enjoy the location and

Villino Bellavista has a very tranquil atmosphere taking full advantage of its panoramic views of surrounding Spoleto, whilst only 5 min drive into town. The outside area used for relaxing and meals was perfect location . Rooms were very clean , spacious and large comfortable beds. A five star hotel without the fuss and very natural. The staff took very good care of our needs and the restaurant was excellent selection , cooked to perfection !

didn't live up to expectations

reasonable spread for breakfast but nothing spectacular

Unfortunately the chef had been taken ill and the restaurant was closed meaning I had to drive into Spoleto for dinner. No-one could tell us how to switch on and use the hob and oven in the room!

Beautiful property with amazing staff.

An elegant property with wonderful views. The staff were very accommodating throughout. We arrived late at 11pm & nothing was too much trouble. Francesca was incredibly helpful. We only stayed one night but would love to return . A perfect spot to stay when visiting Spoleto.

Exceptionally beautiful, clean and well kept! Perfect, would stay again.

The breakfast was simple but good. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The view from the room and on the terrace outside is marvelous. Location is very quiet if you don't open the window because you will hear farm dogs barking at night.

The heating was too much for me and I didn't know how to put it off during the night, I ended up not sleeping at all. Tried opening the window for some fresh air but dogs were barking and I am a little fussy with noises during the night so I had to resort to closing the window instead. Perhaps hosts should instruct their guests upon arrival.

The property has a nice location easily reachable by car but still in a quiet area. The room from our view was magnificent. There is a huge terras, which was closed during our stay due to winter season.

The room and the bath room were really very cold and no additional blankets were available. Also the breakfast room was rather cold and the breakfast was rather limited.

We had a really great stay at Villino Bellavista. It's a family run agriturismo and the family were so welcoming, helpful and smiley - it made our stay so pleasant. The room was bigger than we expected and really nice. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, which was super tasty and well priced (we even ended up buying a bottle of their olive oil to take home). Overall, just a really nice experience!

Opening the window was a struggle so we could only enjoy the view from the window in the bathroom. aThe shower was excellent but open. A shower curtain would be easy to add.

The hosts made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived at the property, which is beautiful itself and the gorgeous view is an added bonus. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating and ensured we had everything needed to enjoy our stay. We had dinner as well, which was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also great with a nice selection of pastries, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is really nice, the staff super friendly and welcoming. The surrounding is bucolic, you really enjoy the nature. The food is great, really high quality and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay!

We traveled during a heat wave, so we'd have enjoyed A/C because the fan was not enough those days.

Location graziosa panoramica ed in buona posizione.

Peccato che l’aria condizionata non possa essere gestita dalla camera ma è centralizzata (o qualcosa di simile…) Nonostante durante il soggiorno abbia piovuto, la ns camere era calda per il sole che batteva, quindi abbiamo sofferto MOLTO il caldo, nonostante il ventilatore messo a disposizione ovviamente non rinfresca alla stessa maniera. Comunque quando abbiamo chiesto di far rinfrescare con l’aria condizionata la camera, subito hanno accolto la ns richiesta.

La conformazione delle camere fa sì che una finestra sia affacciata direttamente sulla strada, che dalla mattina presto è percorsa da innumerevoli autotreni. Inoltre le camere, pur essendo dotate di aria condizionata, erano caldissime poiché l’aria condizionata veniva accesa 1 ora, massimo 2, al giorno. Sono state quattro notti quasi insonni in un bagno di sudore

Vista fantastica su Spoleto e la sua valle!

Il nome dell'agriturismo è appropriato! Si gode una vista fantastica dalla stanza su Spoleto e dintorni. Ottima la colazione, con dolci artigianali. Si cena molto bene, con piatti tipici della cucina umbra. Non lontano dal centro, un luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi dopo essere stati impegnati tutto il giorno.

Tutto è andato bene, non ho nulla da segnalare. Mi sarebbe piaciuto poter pranzare, ma l'organizzazione dell'agriturismo non lo prevede e questo era chiaro sin dall'inizio per cui non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi.

Una vista panoramica, pulitissimo e molto accogliente abbiamo anche cenato in struttura nella terrazza con vista sull'Umbria assolutamente unica

La nostra camera era per disabili e purtroppo mancava il bidè ma è stato un inconveniente di poco conto il mio 10 è assicurato

Schöner Ausblick etwas Abseits von Spoletto

Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick von der Terasse. Restaurant im Haus und auch das Frühstück ist solide, alles da was man braucht. In den Betten haben wir super geschlafen. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, wobei man das Auto auch braucht um nach Spoletto zu kommen.

Es kann am Abend laut werden, wenn viele Gäste im Restaurant sind und, wie bei uns, auch mal eine Feier dort stattfindet. Da ist das Haus dann sehr hellhörig. Egal wenn man eh lange unterwegs ist, für uns mit Kind war es etwas lästig.
