Apartment in Spoleto

About this apartment rental
Spoleto, the city that has hosted the Festival of Two Worlds, conceived by Giancarlo Menotti, since 1958. The apartment, with Umbrian terracotta floors and frescoed coffered ceilings, consists of two bedrooms, several hallways, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The residence features a garden and a swimming pool with a greenhouse roof to keep the water at a swimmable temperature from May to October. The garden also includes a bathroom, kitchen, dressing room, and a solar shower.
The orange room is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, TV, and a fully functioning fireplace.
The yellow room is a spacious bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a TV/VCR with over 100 VHS films. Both bedrooms have a table/desk, individual heating, and a central ceiling fan. A child's cot can be added upon request.
The trumpet-shaped paintings in the entrance hall and the apartment's walls were frescoed by Moreno Bizzarri, a brilliant local artist.
From the garden and poolside, you can admire the city climbing the hill and the splendid surrounding landscape. The garden and pool are accessible to guests and my family.
Borgaccio is a very quiet street and neighborhood in the heart of Spoleto. A tobacconist's bar is 10 meters from the house, and supermarkets are 200 meters away. The bus stop for the train station is in front of the Tigre supermarket. Free parking is available within a 100-meter radius.
There are two escalators leading up to the Rocca; the Posterna escalator is 400 meters from the house.
The bathroom doesn't have a regular bidet, but to the right of the toilet is a telephone faucet that works as well as a bidet, if not better, with hot and cold water. The faucet is turned on first with the handle on the wall, where the temperature is also mixed, and then with the telephone. Please remember to always turn off the faucet on the wall.
We have chosen not to iron our bed linens and towels to support energy saving campaigns because the iron is the appliance that consumes the most energy. However, everything is washed, sanitized, hung out to dry, and dried naturally.
