Great stay and excellent location right outside the old town

Great location, about a 5 minute walk to the escalator to the old town. Apartment is large, clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Air con was welcome after hot days. Parking right in front of building for 5 euros/day.

No lift so may be difficult for those with large bags or those with trouble w steps (apartment on 3rd floor)

We had a wonderful stay in Spoleto as a family of four! The apartment was very clean, quiet, and spacious, with three comfortable beds — perfect for a family. The location was excellent: within walking distance to the historic old town, and free parking nearby made driving very convenient. We’re especially grateful to the host, who was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. When our daughter got sick, the host kindly helped us contact a local pediatrician right away. That meant so much to us, especially being in a foreign country where we don’t speak the language — it was truly a lifesaver.

A quiet, comfortable, well equipped, sunny & centrally located apartment

Well maintained modern apartment with washing machine & coffee machine. Windows on two sides made it light & bright. Double glazing made apartment very quiet - no street noise despite being centrally located. Air con worked well. Comfortable bed & good size bathroom. Host quick to respond to any queries. Looks much better than my photos. Parking in small carpark by property (although space not guaranteed). Otherwise paid parking in street nearby.

No lift. My husband managed carrying our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I would have struggled without him.

Central location and only a 15min walk from the train station. Excellent host and the room was really clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment for families as it was really spacious and modern. Keyless check-in made the arrival process really easy and quick.

There is no lift to the apartment, so if you cant carry your suitcase up stairs, it might not be the apartment for you.

Spoleto was lovely, good restaurants.

The renovation was first class quality. Lovely unit. The stair chair lift was tantalising at the base of the three flights of stairs for our arrival- with 20kg cases😳😊Australian couple.

Spotlessly clean. Everything is immaculate and new, bright and cheerful. Liuba is prompt, efficient, friendly and very responsive. The location was great and easy parking is an unbelievable bonus.

Enjoyable, comfortable, modern, clean stay

I had the pleasure of meeting Liuba, who proved to be an exceptional host. Her kindness and care extended beyond her expected duties. She graciously assisted my wife and I, both over 70 years old, by helping us carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. Without her help, the climb would have been quite challenging. We are grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her as a host.

Liuba was very helpful when we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs twice. I am confident that if we had asked her, she would have assisted us in organizing the task of carrying our bags up and down the stairs.

Excellent!!

Apartment is modern & equipped with everything a traveler would need. Plenty of hangers, a great iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. AC has 2 units, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which keeps the place nice & cool even during a historic heatwave! Location was great - just outside the ZTL and a short walk to the main shopping & dining area. Private parking area is very convenient if you have a car. Clothes washer in unit was excellent and allowed us to do laundry mid trip. Communication was great, check in was easy, and all questions were answered promptly. Would stay there again and definitely recommend.

The only downside is a couple flights of stairs. Not a problem for us, but something others should keep in mind. Highly recommend this place!

Location, contemporary, comfortable

Location, clean, recently renovated, quiet, aircon, washing machine, had everything you needed.

It does have stairs, which are fine unless you have heavy luggage like we did, but it’s only once up and once down.. they are a minor thing to have the location right on Garibaldi Piazza and the apartment outweighs this one negative.

Simply Lovely & Immaculate Vacation Apartment

The apartment was wonderful, comfortable, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our host Liuba was lovely and very helpful. The apartment building is located at the beginning of the Old Town and for us that was very convenient because we not only toured Spoleto, we also visited other areas so it was easy to come and go. We parked in the public lot right next to the building. Spoleto is very pretty, La Rocca amazing! And the town is the perfect location for visiting Marmore Falls, Rasiglia, Montefalco, Foligno, Spello. Thank you Liuba!

Very nice flat, everything you needed. Good heating which we used because it was cold. Very clean and secure. Would stay again.

From the website I thought it overlooked the piazza but it overlooked the roundabout leading to the piazza which was a little disappointing but trivial.

Excellent accommodations and convenient location.

The entire apartment was beautiful and clean. The host sent us a link to use that opened all the doors. You need to have internet to use the link though. His instructions were great and useful. We wish we could have stayed more than one night. Highly recommend!

The BEST BED & PILLOWS in Italy!!!

This is a beautiful, very new apartment in Spoleto. Liuba is an excellent hostess; she met us to let us in and show us around; she gave us recommendations for local bars, restaurants, and the Crispini gelateria nearby. The apartment is recently renovated and beautifully decorated; it seemed to be almost brand new. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine, and is nicely stocked with dishes and pots/pans. It has a dining table with four chairs AND a sofa for watching TV. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious with plenty of hot water. But the very best thing is that this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS we've every had in our four trips to Italy! The apartment is located "down the hill" from the center of the old town, but don't let that discourage you from staying here! It is a short 7-minute walk to the escalators that will take you to the top of the Centro Storico where the restaurants are. Thank you and Brava, Liuba, for thinking of everything your guests could want and need!

A very nice apartment in a good location.

The location is good, especially if you have a car (there is a private parking area available). The apartment itself was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. My only slight criticism is that (based on the comments) I was under the impression that a breakfast was included. It is, sort of. Since this is an apartment, you need to cook for yourself. The host supplied a lot of sweet things for breakfast (and also some fruit) as well as coffee and milk, which was very nice. But we ended up going to a local grocery store to get other breakfast fixings (eggs, veggies, butter, bread, etc.). We both like to start off the day with a larger breakfast.

The induction range took us a while to figure out how to turn on. Some quick instructions on how to do so would’ve been helpful.

Breakfast was not included but appliances , coffee maker , toaster were all there and convenient for us to make our own. Everything spotless

No complaints at all, everything was perfect . We had a wonderful and comfortable stay . I wish we could have stayed longer . We travelled all over Italy and I can honestly say this was the nicest stay we have had.

Extremely well located apartment in Spoleto. Stylish decor and quality fittings.

Great breakfast options included, super helpful and friendly host with excellent suggestions. Very clean and well appointed, as new apartment. So easy to get around Spoleto which is a very pretty and interesting town. Quiet and comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher were excellent and easy to use.

Lovely, well equipped apartment near centre

Easy location for the historic centre. Very friendly owner who sorted car parking for us on arrival. Camp beds for the kids and it was a bit cramped for 4, but spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great pastries, fruit etc on arrival.

The area doesn't seem that nice on arrival and the shared stairwell was really smelly, but the apartment itself was great and really handy for town.

Lyuba's place is so nice! Very centrally located, beautifully decorated, nice furnishings. The apartment is very comfortable and Lyuba helped organize an extra pull out bed, probably one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The apartment was very clean and bright and the breakfast items were very tasty! I would definitely recommend and I will certainly visit again! Lots of cycling options nearby which we really enjoyed.

Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo, in un'ottima posizione e un host molto gentile e attenta

Un piccolo appartamento nuovo e funzionale. Arredato in modo semplice e moderno, molto curato, cucina funzionale, bagno grande e con una bellissima doccia. Bellissima camera da letto. Appartamento super pulito e caldo. L'accesso è stato facile, con indicazioni da parte dell'host chiare e semplici. Non era prevista la colazione ma abbiamo comunque trovato il necessario per un tè e un buon caffè. E comunque ci sono diversi bar e un ottimo forno proprio accanto all'edificio. Collocazione comodissima, con una breve passeggiata si arriva a entrambe le scale mobili che conducono nella parte alta di Spoleto. Davvero consigliato

Una bombaniera alle porte di spoleto

Molto efficiente le spiegazioni sia su come raggiungere il posto e parcheggiare, sia la modalità di accesso alla struttura da smartphone! Struttura in luogo perfetto per raggiungere il centro e allo stesso tempo avere l auto vicina. Pulizia impeccabile e struttura moderna e ben curata con tante carinerie molto comode dalla mappa, ad accessori cucina

L’appartamento della struttura Gli Archi Spoleto si presenta nuovo, ben mantenuto e caratterizzato da un elevato livello di pulizia. Gli ambienti sono funzionali e dotati di tutti gli accessori necessari per un soggiorno comodo e senza inconvenienti. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda l’assenza di un contatto diretto con i proprietari, la cui presenza avrebbe potuto completare l’esperienza con un tocco di ospitalità in più. Nel complesso, una sistemazione affidabile e gradevole per un soggiorno a Spoleto.

schönes, modernes Appartment ist sehr guter Lage

modernes, geräumiges, schön eingerichtetes Appartment, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett. sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. In wenigen Gehminuten sind die ersten Rolltreppen erreichbar, die hinauf in die Altstadt führen, somit ist ein bequemes Sightseeing möglich. Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfreich, hat wirklich alles super funktioniert, meiner Meinung nach absolut uneingeschränkt empfehlbar!!!
