Great place for a couple that don't plan to eat at home

This place is ideal for a couple. The apartment is very big and tastefully decorated. I found the location ideal to visit the town and the host (Sabrina) was a delight. She was waiting for us and even blocked a public parking space so we could park next to the apartment. My parents slept in the bedroom and found the bed very comfortable.

The additional bed is for a child but painful and uncomfortable for an adult. I ended up putting the narrow mattress on the floor and I slept well. I've slept in many hostels so I am not very picky. I firstly checked the sofa-bed but I found it very uncomfortable. It lacks some basic stuff we found in other apartments in Umbria, like olive oil, salt, coffee, sugar and a sharp knife. When we came back from Norcia, we couldn't cut our salame or dress our salad. This should be pretty easy to resolve for future bookings.

Eccezionale: ospitalità rara e casa perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in 5 persone e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La casa è vicinissima al centro, in una posizione strategica, ma ciò che colpisce è quanto sia funzionale e ben organizzata. Nonostante fossimo un gruppo numeroso, gli spazi sono gestiti benissimo e abbiamo trovato asciugamani in abbondanza per tutti, un dettaglio per nulla scontato. Un plauso particolare va al comfort: il riscaldamento era eccellente (anche troppo:), rendendo l'ambiente caldi e accogliente fin dal nostro arrivo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata la gentilezza della proprietaria. Oltre a essere estremamente disponibile durante il soggiorno, si è superata quando abbiamo realizzato di aver dimenticato un oggetto di valore in casa dopo il check-out. Non solo si è attivata subito per ritrovarlo, ma ha provveduto a rispedircelo a sue spese. Una dimostrazione di onestà e cura verso l'ospite che raramente si incontra. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno senza pensieri gestito da una persona d'oro!

Splendido appartamento vicino al centro città

Sabrina è stata disponibilissima ad ogni nostra esigenza ed ha reso semplice e positivo il nostro breve soggiorno, la casa è bellissima, molto pulita e centrale (200 mt dai tapis roulants ). Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal centro di Spoleto, accogliente, spazioso e arredato con un gusto impeccabile. Eravamo in cinque, l'appartamento era molto spazioso e siamo stati davvero benissimo.

Come a casa

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La proprietaria Sabrina si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile, già prima del nostro arrivo. Ha risposto prontamente a tutte le nostre richieste e ha fornito informazioni utili che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a Spoleto ancora più sereno. L'appartamento è ben curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Poco distante c'è un parcheggio gratuito. La posizione è ideale per godersi tutto ciò che la zona offre. Grazie alla cordialità della proprietaria ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati.

Accogliente, confortevole, consigliatissimo

La proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha aiutati telefonicamente a raggiungere il parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze della casa (il navigatore non era di aiuto). Inoltre ci ha segnalato un gommista, dato che avevamo avuto un problema con l'auto. La casa (perché ci siamo sentiti a casa!) molto ampia, accogliente, molto ben arredata, pulitissima, con una vista sui tetti e le colline, vicina al centro, a due passi da tutto. Per noi è stata una meravigliosa esperienza, consigliatissimo!
