Wonderful stay in Spoleto
Ilaria was a wonderful host and the apartment is well equipped with all the conveniences for a multiple day stay. We extended our initial 4 day stay by one additional day. The decor of the apartment is in line with the history of Spoleto and reflects the pride that Ilaria and Giuseppe take in providing their guests with a unique stay. We also really appreciated that Ilaria took time away from her work to drive us to the train station on the morning of our departure. Thank you Ilaria!
The only thing that I might add is the possibility of adding some media like Netflix /Amazon to watch movies etc in addition to the regular TV channels. But then we were too busy enjoying the town of Spoleto to watch much TV!

Unique and comfortable property in centro stoicism
Incredible historic apartment with lovely furnishings and all you need for a pleasant stay. Best neighborhood in Spoleto too. Cafes and shops nearby. The owners are so kind! We were made to feel at home. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location. Apartment with a great flair in a charming old house with thick stone walls cooling even in summer heat. Extremely nice and forthcoming hosts. Small kitchen serves the purpose. Cafe bar very nearby to take breakfast.
The bathroom is a bit small and taller people need to bend a bit at the sink and toilet.

This place is filled with nice surprises. How often do you sleep among ancient roman ruins and medieval wayward shrines? Well, don't tell the duke about it and you will have a chance too. It's also perfectly fine place without the bonuses.

Graziosissimo appartamento di origine medievale, sapientemente ristrutturato, in centro storico e vicino ai principali monumenti. Ilaria è stata deliziosa nell'accoglierci e spiegarci i punti caratteristici della casa, nella quale spicca, in una nicchia, un affresco dell'epoca - rinvenuto durante la ristrutturazione - protetto da una grata in ferro battuto. L'appartamento è molto pulito ed accogliente e consigliatissimo per un breve soggiorno.
