It seems to be built for seasonal workers. The standard is very low.

We booked a four-night stay, but after the first night, we decided to leave the apartment, even though we'd lost our money. It seems to be built for seasonal workers. The standard is very low. Don't look at the house and pool. Look at the shacks. The furnishings are of the lowest quality, and the appliances are a hodgepodge—probably leftovers from other tourists.

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-furnished and fully equipped apartment. The garden and pool were perfect for relaxing, the view is great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely apartment on large property in the countryside. Large pool, very clean, with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Great spot to relax for a couple of days. Comfortable beds. Bathroom with a view!

L'appartamento è molto bello , curato nei dettagli. La camera da letto ampia il divano letto grande e comodo, la doccia è davvero il top. Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Debora molto disponibile e accogliente. Il panorama davvero fantastico, il posto auto disponibile in villa. Tornerei sicuramente per goderci la tranquillità del posto e la piscina

Mooie dagen nabij Spoleto.

Uitstekende ligging, heel rustig gelegen met een uitstekend zwembad met mooi uitzicht, het huisje had voldoende ruimte, vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenaar. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, prachtige streek. Leuk om daar te zijn.

De keuken is zeer beperkt, weinig tassen, slechts 2 kookvuren maakt het moeilijk om eten te maken. Wij hadden een elektrische bbq mee om dit op te lossen. De muren houden geen geluiden bij. Je kunt veel horen wat er naast je gebeurt. Wij hadden het geluk dat we vriendelijke en rustige buren hadden. Maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit soms een probleem kan zijn.

Tipico casale nella campagna umbra, bellissimo, ristrutturato di recente, appartamento piccolo ma molto carino e confortevole, pulito, letti comodi , un piacevole patio dove mangiare e una bella piscina. Comodo per visitare Spoleto Assisi spello e dintorni.

Locatie is op zich prima qua ligging en potentieel. De manier waarop er echter invulling gegeven wordt, laat te wensen over. Met een beoordelingscijfer 9.2 mag je wat ons betreft meer verwachten.

Het is enigszins sfeerloos en de hygiëne en de afwerking laat te wensen over. Op zondag had de eigenaar de plaatselijke vriendengroep uitgenodigd in de tuin en het zwembad. Niet dat ze overlast veroorzaakten, maar het hoort niet op een vakantieverblijf of het zou erbij vermeld moeten worden. Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken naar onze volgende bestemming omdat het ons niet aansprak

obiekt mieści się na przedmieściu Spoleto wśród winnic i gajów oliwnych. Spokój i cisza dookoła to o co nam właśnie chodziło. Nie ma problemu z parkingiem, jest przed samym domkiem. Domki są trzy połączone ze sobą. My byliśmy jesienią więc większość czasu byliśmy sami, na 3 dni dojechały 2 pary zajmujące jeden z domków, nie było to uciążliwe jednak latem kiedy większość czasu jest się na zewnątrz a ktoś przyjedzie z małymi dziećmi ... może być problem ze spokojem. Myślę, ze warto na to zwrócić uwagę.

Posizione bellissima, immerso nelle colline umbre, relax assicurato. Casette a piano terra senza problemi di scale, parcheggio all’interno del cancello della struttura. Molto curati gli spazi esterni di uso comune.

Angolo di paradiso

La struttura molto bella, accogliente e pulita. É ristrutturata recentemente e si vede, lo stabile è nuovo . Non troppo grande , è un piccolo bilocale, eravamo in 4, per una notte ci poteva stare la grandezza, per più notti consiglio di prendere due appartamenti separati. La struttura è a qualche km dal centro di Spoleto, nelle colline, immersa nel verde. Bellissimo, un oasi di pace .

L unica nota negativa è che comunque gli appartamenti non sono abbastanza insonorizzati, sono 3 comunicanti, e si sentiva tutto quello che facevano/dicevano gli altri inquilini

Soluzione sopra la media della zona, posto molto bello e appena ristrutturato.

Appartamento moderno e comodo. Se non si vuole rischiare di finire in una vecchia stanza arredata in stile "nonna" come ci è capitato in altri casi in zona, questa soluzione è ottima. Piscina con acqua salata eccezionale.

Sono 3 alloggi adiacenti. Eravamo in quello centrale e si sentiva sia cosa dicevano i vicini e cosa cucinavamo, se capita famiglia con bambini piccoli affianco ti svegli quando si svegliano loro.
