La piscina e’ grandissima, il giardino molto curato. Ho apprezzato anche la vista sulla campagna e su Spoleto, la tranquillità e la pulizia.

Fantastic location, just a short drive from Spoleto. The property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and well-maintained outdoor areas, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool is outstanding – large, chlorine-free, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains. It is the perfect place to unwind in complete peace and quiet.
The only minor drawback was the kitchenette. It could be better equipped, with more counter space for preparing meals and a larger selection of kitchenware.

Locatie is op zich prima qua ligging en potentieel. De manier waarop er echter invulling gegeven wordt, laat te wensen over. Met een beoordelingscijfer 9.2 mag je wat ons betreft meer verwachten.
Het is enigszins sfeerloos en de hygiëne en de afwerking laat te wensen over. Op zondag had de eigenaar de plaatselijke vriendengroep uitgenodigd in de tuin en het zwembad. Niet dat ze overlast veroorzaakten, maar het hoort niet op een vakantieverblijf of het zou erbij vermeld moeten worden. Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken naar onze volgende bestemming omdat het ons niet aansprak
