Die Räumlichkeiten waren wirklich schön, ein sehr schöner Altbau, lange charmante Räume. Die Ausstattung hatte alles was man benötigt.
Die Lage war im Grunde sehr gut um alles zu erreichen, aber es war wirklich unangenehm Laut in der Ecke. Wir sind jung und wohnen selbst in der Stadt, aber man muss sich wirklich bewusst sein dass von 8 Uhr morgens bis 1 Uhr Nachts mit offenen Fenstern sehr laut ist. (Vor allem das Hotel gegenüber mit der live Musik usw). Das war leider ein dickes minus.

De locatie direct aan het meer, met prachtig uitzicht, in het centrum met mooie boulevard, volop horeca en het ferrystation. Heel ruim en rustig. behalve elke ochtend om 8.00 uur de vuilniswagen.... Omdat we niet in de aanbevolen gratis parking konden blijven ivm aankomst Giro d'Italia. regelde onze host een plekje bij een particulier.
Verouderde, hoewel complete badkamer, heel erg krakend parket.

Een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit het appartement
Het appartement was net boven een café dus elke avond heel veel geluidslast en in de ochtend de vuilophaling of kuiswerken in de straat. De ramen waren niet goed geïsoleerd dus het was precies of het in onze kamer was. De kamer had geen airco wat het heel warm maakte. De bedden waren heel oud en de vloeren kraakten heel erg. De badkamer was helemaal niet proper. Deze heeft echt een goede opknapbeurt nodig.
