Beautiful apartment with friendly, accommodating host

David was one of the friendliest and most accommodating hosts we've ever met! We had several last-minute changes during our trip, and he not only adjusted to all of them but also went above and beyond to help us with some personal issues we encountered. The apartment itself was beautiful and traditionally styled, with a stunning view and a perfect central location in Pallazzo. Thanks to the host Davide, our stay was truly unforgettable – we'd come back anytime!

perfectly located appartment to explore Verbania and the lake.

great location on the front at Pallanza with a beautiful view of the lake and lovely balcony. host was incredibly helpful, gave us restaurant recommendations and advice.

Excellent location in the city center and by the lake. Lake view. Spacious apartment with good kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Some free parking places close to the apartment.

great stay, I wish to have the chance to return

Comfortable, excellent view on the lake, spacious living room, extremely clean. Along the lake you can have long walks and there are plenty of caffè and places where one can eat.

A little suggestion: differently than the rest of the apartment and from the kitchenware, the hair dryer is pretty old. Changing it would be a little expense but more comfort (and safety) for the clients.

Heel mooi uitzicht maar heel verouderde pand.

Een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit het appartement

Het appartement was net boven een café dus elke avond heel veel geluidslast en in de ochtend de vuilophaling of kuiswerken in de straat. De ramen waren niet goed geïsoleerd dus het was precies of het in onze kamer was. De kamer had geen airco wat het heel warm maakte. De bedden waren heel oud en de vloeren kraakten heel erg. De badkamer was helemaal niet proper. Deze heeft echt een goede opknapbeurt nodig.

Uns hat es insgesamt gefallen, tolle Lage

Super Lage direkt an dem Hauptplatz und den Wasserspielen am See. (Nachteil: immer gleiche Untermalungsmusik über Stunden nervt irgendwann). Cafe/Bar unter Appartment stört nur wenig. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe (Il Burchiello sehr gut). Parkplatz gegen Gebühr (25,--/Woche oder 9,-- Tag), immer irgendwo in der Nähe verfügbar.

Bad müsste renoviert werden. Schrank für Kleider im Abstellraum (roch feucht-unangenehm).

War toll mit viel italienischem Flair und Genuss pur!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der lebhaften Piazza/Fussgängerzone mit zahlreichen Bars/Restaurants/Läden und ein paar Schritte von der Schiffsanlegestelle Pallanza entfernt.

Durch die zentrale Lage, ist die Wohnung oberhalb einer Bar mit Terrassenbetrieb nicht sehr ruhig und an Nachtruhe vor Mitternacht ist nicht zu denken. Also am besten auch runter in die Bar. :-)

Un appartement très ancien avec vue sur le lac.

Le quartier charmant, la proximité de l'embarcadère pour le ferry vers les îles Borromées, la vue sur le lac et les montagnes, la taille de l'appartement, le balcon. La réactivité et l'accueil de Davide.

Ustensiles de cuisine minimalistes. Le bruit de la balayeuse municipale tous les matins sur la grande place.

L appartement est très bien situé. En plus il a une vue sur le lac. Exceptionnel !

La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte et le matelas du lit un peu mou .
