Stunning view. Nice family stay.

The appartement is fully equipped for a family of 4, and nicely decorated. There are many small attentions from the owner (instructions, presents) which is very nice. The view is spectacular.

The internet connection isn’t stable. If you run too many equipment at the same time the power will cut.

New, modern, absolutely lovely apartment with beautiful decor and a view to die for. The Host was very responsive to meeting us and getting us settled. The apartment is on the top floor which requires stairs but the view you receive is worth it. The windows that opened all the way to get the breeze were wonderful and the shades were a huge help to keep the apartment from the direct sun. Everything was very comfortable. Parking was in a lot about a 5 minute walk down the hill. Only downside is that it is steep when returning but there again, we get that view and the spectacular sunset across and lake and mountains.

Exceptional

Nice apartment, very clean and super well equipped, we couldn't find anything missing, everything was foreseen that simplified our stay enormously, including "welcome" bottle of wine in the frigo and water. Very kind and responsive host. The view from the balcony is just fantastic. The lake is 5 min by walk. The private parking was nearby. We've enjoyed our stay there.

The loction, the balcony and the view from the apartment. Good, secure parking. Welcome pack consisting of a bottle of Chardonnay frizzante and water was thoughtful.

Poor WiFi. Almost unusable as the signal kept dropping. Apartment was up 5 flights of steps. No warning of this in the detail of the apartment. No plug for kitchen sink. No breadboard , no bread knife. Only 4 pillows for a 4 bedded apartment. This was OK for 2 of us, as we used all 4 pillows, but would have been uncomfortable for 4 people.

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal da. Die Terminabstimmung zur Schlüsselübergabe einfach via WhatsApp, aufgrund der Ankunftszeit (Bilder aus dem Navi regelmäßig aktualisiert) hat toll geklappt, angekommen und die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin kam auch gerade. Schlüsselübergabe und Übergabe des Parktickets zum Parkhaus (neben dem Nachbarhaus eine Treppe, 2. Gehminuten). Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Promenade Pallanza alles in der Nähe (5min). In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht, Kapselmaschine Kaffeekapseln, Zucker, Erstkit-Spülutensilien und Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, alles da. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und zweites Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett (wir waren nur zu Zweit), Bad mit Dusche, Bidet und Doppelwaschbecken. TV ital. Sender via Kabel, Deutsche und andere Kanäle via Sat-Receiver.

Sehr gut gelegen, toller Ausblick. Durch die Lage kann man viel zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und geräumig.

Falls man hier kochen möchte, sollte man Küchenmesser mitbringen.

Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem fußläufig ins Dorf und an den See Geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung Großer Esstisch Waschmaschine vorhanden Nespresso-Maschine (inkl. ein paar Kapseln) Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach Ausreichend Handtücher Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht (Highlight!) Große Kleiderschränke mit viel Stauraum und vielen Bügeln Bequemes Bett Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage Reibungslose Übergabe und Abreise Allgemein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Küche etwas klein, mit wenig Ablagefläche Sofa für unseren Geschmack zu weich, es fehlten ein paar Kissen Parkplatz etwas eng

Wie schon oft in den Rezessionen erwähnt, ist die Wohnung komplett und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das tollste jedoch ist der grandiose Blick über den See. Bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon sitzen und dann noch die Musik aus dem Lokal am Meer zu lauschen… Was braucht man mehr zur Entspannung? Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Hat alles gut gepasst. Schlüsselübergabe, Sauberkeit Komfort alles bestens.
