Very clean apartment, good central location. There were fans in the sleeping room, just perfect. Contact with the host was excellent.

Apartment is in a nice quiet location, very close to the lake. We enjoyed our stay. The check in was contatcless and easy. The place had everything needed for the confortable stay. We would come again here.

Relaxing getaway

Amazing location right in the center and short walk to the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi was fast enough for me to do my video calls.

It took a day before the apartment was properly heated. But I was expecting that in the middle of the winter and was prepared with warm clothes.

Big and very affordable apartment at perfect location

Big apartment perfectly located in the city centre of Verbania. Easy to arrive with a car and unpack the stuff. Even though it wasn’t much a AC (only a small portable version) the temperature stayed decent in the rooms thanks to the window at two directions. Good with many bad sofas. I think the apartment had at least 6 sleeping seats. Good for a big family or a group of people. Affordable pricing!

J'aime la situation geographique du hebergement et les Équipements. Les hôtes étaient serviables, mais auraient pu être plus réactifs. J'ai dû les appeler pour confirmer la réception de nos documents.

L'emplacement idéal en ville

Manque d'éclairage dans le passage couvert menant à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Difficulté pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée, la serrure est défectueuse.

Céntrico y tranquilo.

Era un apartamento grande y bien situado. El baño era cómodo, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario. No se oía ruido en todo el día porque está en una calle peatonal tranquilísima. A tres minutos andando está el embarcadero.

La escalera no tenía luz y por la noche no se veía para subir.

Mai visto nessuno … nessun documento richiesto. Impianto elettrico fatiscente neanche luce nelle scale . Cattivo odore . Materassi pessimi . Niente bidet . Cucina approssimativa e sprovvista di macchina del caffè. Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua. Diciamo nel complesso ai limiti della decenza o meglio proprio indecente se avessimo trovato ci saremmo spostati altrove .
