Excellent accommodation that met or exceeded our every need

Enjoyable Weekend

Location was good, just 40 meters from the ferry terminal. Town has a friendly atmosphere. Apartment is quite basic, but has all the equipment you need, and is fair for the price. Wi-Fi connection was good. Air conditioning was effective. Lounge area is easy to convert to a sleeping area. Balcony is nice, and shady in the afternoon. Great for ‘people watching’. Windows are double glazed, and we were not disturbed particularly from noise in the square (Friday/Saturday). There’s some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Worth knowing that there is a bus from Malpensa airport to the town, cost 17 euros, although the journey of nearly 2 hours was quite tiring.

I advised my time of arrival in advance. I was provided with 2 telephone numbers to call on the day. When we arrived at Malpensa, I called both numbers. Neither answered, but I left messages with our arrival details with both. I tried both again subsequently during our journey, without success. Upon arrival, there was no one at the apartment. I then got through to one of the numbers, but she did not understand me, nor which apartment I had booked. Subsequently they communicated via WhatsApp, and someone arrived to provide entry. I would suggest connecting with clients via WhatsApp, prior to their arrival at the accommodation (as I have experienced elsewhere) would ensure more effective communication

Great easter holiday on the Maggiore lake

Location was excellent, had a lot of convenient places nearby, we didn't struggle to visit anything. The port of Intra was also very close and boat trips were really convenient.

During the night, the pubs located at the ground floor of the building were playing music until late (way over 11PM). If you're not used to sleeping with noise, it's very inconvenient.

fantastic stay

The reception was very good , only one phonecall and about 5 min later the receptionist was ther to inform us completly . The appartment was 110% Ok and all facilitys where there. Even for the start koffee,thea wine ,water and some more. Very nice view from the windows.

Exceptional

Really couldn’t fault the apartment. Stylish, comfortable, excellent location, communication with the owner was very easy. We did not want to leave. We will most definately be back when we have the opportunity. Thank you Paola!

If I have a criticism it’s the cleaning price which I have to say I found a little steep for two nights, but don’t let it put you off, it’s a great find!

La personne qui nous a accueillis a été très patiente ( la pluie et des erreurs de navigation nous ont considérablement retardés ) Emplacement top :proche du centre , vue sur le lac et surtout à deux pas de l'embarcadère pour les îles Borromée , le jardin Taranto , le traversier du lac ... Ce qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking ( carte à disposition ) .Nous aurions même pu profiter des matchs diffusés sur grand écran sur la place!! Les deux chambres et la literie sont confortables et bien insonorisées. L'hôtel est extrêmement réactive à la moindre demande Dans l'ensemble un hébergement excellent

Deux salles d'eau mais une seule douche. Le système des poubelles est un peu complexe... On aurait aimé quelques assiettes supplémentaires

Très agréable, idéalement placé en plein centre-ville et proche de l’embarcadère bateau.

L’emplacement en plein centre, double vitrage performant. La superficie, l’équipement cuisine complet avec kit d’accueil (vin + eau) + dosettes café, huile, vinaigre, savon … La place de parking. Le confort de la literie. L’accueil et le contact/la réactivité avec le loueur.
