A very accomodating host, Marco, who was extremely good in his communication and always prepared to deal with our reques

Marco was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent and responded well to our requests. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, apt was a great size, two bathrooms were a bonus. Position was superb— waterfront. Central position and very close to a wide range of restaurants. Iris, at the agency in Germany, was also excellent in communication.

we loved it but as suggestion i believe there should be basic stuff like, washing up liquid, cloths for dishes or at least some soap for guests and maybe hair drier too.

I DO NOT recommend this host/apartment. I do recommend to visit Verbania.

Good location with lakeside view (restaurant with terraces underneath, not a parking as in the photos, so way more noise). Close to shops, transport.

The host was awful, not willing to help in any way, agressive and insulting. The sofa bed had a mattress of barely 5cm, missing important parts so impossible to sleep on. WiFi is from the restaurant underneath, so works but don't expect to much. Every morning, the city services pass around 6am to clean, pick up glass, cut the grass... Every evening, the terrasse of the restaurant underneath are full. So, expect quite some noise. The apartment was not clean, snot and other liquids smeared on the walls, dust everywhere.

Beautiful place with terrible service

Big flat, 2 large bathrooms, good location

There was not Wi-Fi, very dirty floors. There was nothing at all (no soap, no paper, no powder, no kettle etc), one bath was heavily clogged, the sink did not work, there were duvet covers, you cant warm the kettle and heat food in the oven at the same time. This knocks out traffic jams, a curved system with batteries, eack needs to be adjusted constantly, otherwise it will be very cold in the morning and very stuffy in the afternoon and in the evening. A broken washing machine - it starts to wash, but at the stage of water extraction it just stops - you have to manually start the last stage of washing (we have things in the water in the machine for the whole night), the water flows either cold or hot. Admin does not speak English (although he does not think so).

The view is very nice. The apartment was clean

The apartment is on the front line of the lake which is very nice BUT extremely noisy. It was super hot and we could not close the windows to quite it down. All facilities were there as promised but some very basic ones, that we did not expect, were missing. This includes toilet paper as well as trash bin and mat in bathroom. We got the key at a local restaurant and one of their waiters took us to the apartment but did not speak English at all. Not very welcoming. We came in the midst of a heat wave, with temperatures of 32 degrees. It was almost impossible to stay in the apartment after 10am and difficult to sleep because of the heat. We definitely do not recommend this apartment.

Beste Lage, an der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden.

Die Lage war sehr schön und absolut zu empfehlen, die Schlüsselabwicklung nett und problemlos, man konnte sehr gut parken.

Die Wohnung war einfach eingerichtet, was uns aber nicht so sehr gestört hat, da wir immer draußen waren. Außerdem waren wir durch die Bewertungen vorher vorgewarnt und hatten ein paar Sachen dabei. Das Apartment war leider nicht so sauber und einige Sachen waren kaputt. Eine Grundreinigung war vorhanden, aber die Klimaanlagen, Lüftungen und technischen Anlagen waren schimmelig und sehr verstaubt. Es war Staub und Spinnweben an den Wänden.
